Very disappointed! I just had the worst experience in this place. I have a 5 year old daughter and 7 year old son that had a recall appointment ( x-rays and cleaning ) we waited for more than 1 hour in the lobby STAINDING UP ( lobby was full of people waiting to be seen) and was NOT seen nor taken into consideration by office staff. NO X-RAYS NO CLEANING NOTHING! I spoke to a couple of people in the lobby one of them told me she has been waiting from 3:00 pm and has still not been seen. BUT her appointment was at 5pm. She was told by the receptionist when she got here @3:00 pm she was going to be seen before her scheduled appointment but it was now 5pm and she has not been called still in the lobby waiting. Another person told me she had been waiting since 3:30pm a scheduled recall appointment and still waiting to be seen as well. There is no control in the schedule for appointments. I asked the receptionist how much longer in order to be seen for my recall appointment and another RUDE girl also "receptionist" answered me with an attitude. She basically told me that if I wanted to be seen I had to wait that the doctor was doing big treatments on new and recall patients reason for the long wait time for scheduled appointments. So I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there was NONE ... What???? Later was clarified that the manager was on her day off today. So I asked to speak to managing dentist or dentist on the floor who was making the decision to do work on new and recall appointments instead of giving them a new appointment for treatment. I was ignored by the front staff and later was told that if I wanted they can give me a number to call in regards to any such matter because it was not them doing appointment booking nor they were to be blamed it was not their job. UNBELIEVABLE !! . This experience has by far been the worst. I left this office with a headache, upset, no xrays no cleaning very unsatisfied with this whole experience and tired of standing in a crowded lobby with no consideration from office staff to even offer a chair to sit on. I am sure I am not the only one that left this office very disappointed, tired and upset. Im sure many other people feel or have felt the same way as I do right now but if no one speaks up this experience will keep on happening and as a customer , patient, we deserve better customer service especially coming from the employees hey if you dont like your job then you are in the wrong work field find a job that satisfies your needs and dont take out your negative behaviors on others treat others the way that you would like to be treated !

I have a six year old and she needed four fills and two baby root canals and two crowns according to the previous dentist I decided to google a kid friendly dentist office and super kids dental came up. I called there office they had appointments available the same week they were able to see me at five since I work I wanted an office that would see her late so it wouldnt interfere with my work schedule. Btw she only needed three fills rather than four Im so glad I didnt go with the first dentist office. The staff is great the dentist assistant was kid friendly made my daughter very comfortable very sweet, the dentist then came in to take a look at her teeth and she was kid friendly as well I was so happy that they were making my daughter very comfortable. The dentist knew what she was doing she did the two baby root canals and two crowns, when I asked her when she will start doing her fills she told me she already had done two and she only needed one more. In the middle of the procedure my daughter wanted to cry the dentist stopped and started talking to my daughter to comfort her right away my daughter was calm and didnt cry. The procedure was not long I was surprised of how quick she did everything. I am so pleased with the dentist she did a great job with my daughter and so did the dentist assistant, I definitely recommend this office to everyone with children theyre great!!

Excellent service!!! My 6 year old son had a toothache and I was trying to find a place that would take him that same day, since I had to work the next day. The dentist that I normally take my kids too charges a ridiculous amount for the laughing gas since my insurance does not cover it. My son was super anxious and scared so I really wanted for him to receive the laughing gas to relax him. This office took him in the same day I called, and fixed his cavities using the gas. My son did Great! I also did not have to pay anywhere close to what I would have had to pay at the other dentist which was a relief. Im am definitely switching all my 3 kids to this office from now on. Staff was professional, doctor was kind and fast, place is clean and kid friendly.

Excelente, el tratamiento es el mismo día, el personal muy bueno desde la que esta en recepción, el de los xray, dentista y ayudantes muy pacientes y considerados y buen trato con los niños. Lo mejor puedo entrar con ellos a cuarto.

Had the worst experience here also! My child had to get a filling and the assistant and doctor seeing he was upset and crying didnt let him catch his breath. They just kept spraying water in his mouth making him choke. It was horrific. All three employees kept loudly talking to him at the same time. It was not making things any better. Male assistant was rude. We left and will NEVER GO BACK!

Its my first time picking a dentist for my son and I have to say that when I love the dentist here, its clean and decorated nice for the kids. As for the staff I couldnt be anymore satisfied,the people here treat u with respect and kindness and they know how to handle kids.Their work is great and I would definitely tell people and friends and family to bring their kids here its great!!!

There r a bunch of kids dental clinics in my area but this was is my favorite. I used to take my other 2 kids to another dentist, but I decided to switch to this dental clinic for all my 3 kids now. The doctor and the assistants were all great and very helpful with my very difficult son who is a nightmare to take to dentist to. Thanks!

At first i loved it bc some of the people here are nice but then when it came to putting my child her silver teeth, they put them in all wrong and she got an infection on all 4 front teeth. It was her first official dentist office, visit and everything. Never again coming here after seeing her suffer thru all of that.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The doctor and staff are great. My daughter had a bad experience with another dentist so shes a bit standoffish but they made her feel relaxed and welcomed. She loved the visit with her new dentist. :) Would highly recommend this pediatric dental office!
