I highly recommend Dr. Basti and his team for anyone looking for a dental office in the southern Orange County area. He and his team are highly professional and skilled with amazing bedside manner and superior customer service. I found Dr. Basti through a recommendation from a coworker when I was desperately looking for a dentist to solve the mystery of major tooth pain I had experienced off and on for 4 months. I had many other dentists try to figure out the cause and source of the pain and try tried many treatment plans, including a dental surgery. All but Dr. Bastis were unsuccessful. As soon as I entered Basti Dentistry, I was immediately taken care of. Dr. Basti found the source of the pain in my first appointment, alleviated it before I left the office, and set me up on a treatment plan to remedy the tooth issue. After that experience, I have continued to go to Dr. Basti for all of my dental needs and highly recommend him to everyone I know based on my excellent experience.

My sister referred me to Dr. Basti few months ago and the experience has been excellent. Dr. Basti is the best, he is extremely caring, professional, and pleasant. He explains and discuses any work you need in details and makes sure you understand what procedures works best for you.. The office is modern equipped with the most up to date dental technology. The staff , the front desk and their dental hygienist are all super nice, professional and friendly. I had two implants done in one session, absolutely pain free. Dr. Basti took time to call me few times over the weekend to make sure I was fine. I would highly recommend Dr. Basti to all my friends and family, he is an excellent dentist. Thank you Dr. Basti for the great experience and quality work you have done on my teeth. I would continue to drive for hour and half to get my dental work done at this office.

Doctor Basti did a in plant for me that took less than 8 month, I wax so happy with the proceed. I come from San Diego to his Medical center because I trust his work. Doctor Basti Medical center is very high tech that makes the process so smooth and faster than other place. He is a caring and alway concern about his patients feeling . I recommended him to my friend that was scared of filling and implant . After she experience Doctor Bastis work, she is fine going to dentist. If you are not happy with your dentist, go visit Doctor Basti. You will know the difference. I totally trust him and recommend him to people has difficulty to go to dentist

Be careful of the old BAIT and SWITCH! The online post claims $1999 for a full Invisalign treatment. I called and confirmed it covered everything. But when I arrived the doctor saw me two minutes and determined my situation was way to difficult so it would be around $5000 dollars and twenty trays not six. This despite the fact that I had Invisalign before and had lost my last retainers and my teeth were in much better shape than the first time I got a full treatment for 25 trays for less than $4000. I wonder how many patients have actually ever gotten the advertised price?

I have found Dr. Basti Dental Care is one of my favorite dentists in Orange County. I was lucky to have found them after going through many dentists over years who I had not been happy with. Dr. Basti has excellent skills and knowledge for the right treatments for his patients. He has up to date instruments in his office and his fees are reasonable too. His office staff are all pleasant. Dr Basti is the best! Although how much can you really love going to a dentist but if you must this will be your last stop! From the office staff to the dental assistants they all are so nice! X-rays were a breeze and they have all the proper equipment..Dr Basti is always on top of his game and knows his craft. They do not overcharge me for a procedures or preform procedures that are not necessary. Thank you Team Basti!

I was referred by a family friend to Dr. Basti when my dental insurance carrier changed and I needed a dentist that took my insurance. It is by far the best dental practice Ive ever been to and my entire family switched over too. The office staff is friendly, the dentist is fantastic and it is an overall wonderful experience. I hate dentists!! I always have! BUT Dr. Alex Basti is the best and very high tech! He did my crown from start to finish in less than 3 hours! He is also very friendly with the kids, both my kids love going to him. If you are a person who is scared of going to a dentist, you should definitely go to him. I totally recommend him.
