Dr. Lam and Cathy in the office are so amazing!! We had been to a previous dentist who told us our daughter had 8 cavities and would need to be IV sedated to fix them all, not to mention that it was going to cost us thousands out of pocket!! I called Cathy practically crying about my fears of putting her under, causing her anxiety and pain, and then paying all that money (we have insurance too!!) She was so calming and got us in the next day to see Dr. Lam. Dr. Lam and his staff made us feel so comfortable, he stayed with us and even helped with the x-rays. He concluded that our daughter had 5 cavities and could be orally sedated w/o having to be put completely under. He was so comforting and assuring, we brought her in a week later for the work. On the big day, Cathy was so sweet, she sat and colored with my daughter as we were waiting for the sedation to take affect. Then Dr Lam allowed both my husband and I to come back for her fillings. I was so impressed, Dr. Lam didnt waste anytime, he got right to work. He didnt just numb her and then walk off to see other patients. He stayed right with us, he made me calm (because I was more nervous than she was) and I held her hand. It was over quickly, she never felt any pain. I dont think she really remembered anything. Not only all this but Dr Lam and Cathy both called me the day before the appt to answer anymore questions that I had. Cathy also called me later in the day after my daughters appt. to check up on her. They really cared about us!! Dr Lam really educated me on what I needed to do to keep my daughters teeth healthy, he was patient and kind and didnt make me feel dumb. He will be my daughter and my sons dentist until they are 18!! They actually look forward to going again and I am so glad about that!!

I took my 14 month daughter to the Tooth Booth because I wanted her to have the practice of getting her teeth examined and I wanted to learn to floss her teeth. Dr. Lam answered my phone call when I called to make an appointment... wow! And when we go there Dr Lam and team worked to make my daughter comfortable and have FUN! Dr. Lam utilized infant techniques that included me holding my daughter in my lap for the examine so that she would be soothed. Dr Lam brushed and flossed her teeth and took time to teach me some tips on infant oral development and warning signs to be cautious of. I felt a little funny at first about taking my daughter who only had four teeth to the dentist, but I am so happy I did. I found the best dentist ever and I know that I can trust Dr Lam and his entire team. Cant wait to take her again. Dr Lam was put on earth to be a dentist... he lights and comes to life up with little teeth!

After being really disappointed in several of the dentists in the local area, I was on the look out for a pediatric dentist for my 4yo daughter. Then one day she told me that a dentist had come to her pre-school and made a presentation on oral care and how important it was to see a dentist. I decided to give ToothBooth a try. I have to say that they were AWESOME! What a great staff, Cathy was the best at making my daughter feel so secure & not scared. Dr. Lam we the BEST too. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date. He was so gentle & friendly to my daughter. The facility is SO clean & most definitely kid friendly. We were so impressed with the care, that I bought my 2yo to see Dr. Lam the very next day. Thank you so much Dr.Lam & Cathy... see you in 6 months! :)

IT WAS THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! My two sons went in for their first dental check ups, and it was fantastic! First of all, the facility is very clean and friendly. There were 3 different rooms my sons can choose from; the super mario room, memo room, and the barnyard room. Dr. Lams patience impressed me the most. One of my sons had 2 cavities and Dr. Lam took his time to explain to my 4 years old son what he was doing to put my son at ease. Between taking the X-Rays to cleaning to filling 2 cavities, my son did not once cry or complain. Too bad Dr. Lam doesnt treat patients over 18! My sons favorite was the treasure tower that they created to reward children. Overall it was my best dentist experience, and I wasnt even the patient!

I went to tooth booth hoping that child would receive the best service but I got there and it looked nice but when it was time for my child to get treated it didnt feel right the dentist assistant had my childs mouth open trying to take digital pictures it did not work after 15 min having her mouth open I have insurance this dentist is money hungry the work was completely cover from my insurance dentist trying to charge me a managerial management fee I told what is that did give me a straight answer I call it a garbage fee I went to another specialist and my baby is happy with all her teeth perfect dont go there if charging shop around it is not worth it!!!!!!!!!

OHHH MY GOODNESS!!! Prizes,Games,Tvs,and Themed rooms.Best pediatric office in the universe!! My daughter has been going to Tooth Booth for about two years and she will continue to see Dr. Lam and his staff until shes reaches the age limit.The staff is extrodinary back office assistants are fantastic very friendly and can literally get any chilld to cooperate.Front office staff are friendly and strive to help anyway possible when it comes to treatment planning and insurance information. As for Dr. Lam lets just say there is no better Pediatric dentist. Dont waste your time looking for another place TOOTH BOOTH IS THE BEST!!

My experience at Tooth Booth was amazing. My son who is 5 years old has been to other dentists and he has always had bad experiences with them, but Dr. Lam and his staffs made my son feel very comfortable. Another thing I appreciated was after Dr. Lam took care of my son he explained everything that he did and answered all my questions. The great thing about this office is the atmosphere of the place, it is so welcoming plus it is child friendly for all ages due to their toys they have available for the kids and their theme rooms.

I like to read good reviews but the negative reviews are even more important to me. I honestly have nothing bad to say about the dr, his team or the office! We took our 2 1/2 year old daughter for her first dental checkup and had a perfect experience! The entire staff is friendly and patient and was SO great with my daughter. The Dr was even better. They even encouraged me to call any time for any questions or concerns. I am so so so happy with this dr and dental office! My daughter loved it too!

I had the pleasure to having TOOTH BOOTH. My kids are 6 & 3 years old so needless to say they were very nervious. Dr. Lam talked them through everything helping them learn proper tooth brushing and made it fun along the way! As a mother i feel its important to find good providers for my children and it is my resposibility to have the best ins coverage to meet their needs. I have found it in Dr. Lam!! Thank you so much for letting into your DENTAL FAMILY!
