California Dental care and Orthodontics is amazing!!!! They are super friendly and treat you with respect! I truly enjoy going to this office because the staff is amazing! I love there lemon aid too! Sarah is always friendly and always asks about my family and seems to truly care! Sarah truly rocks and is so gentle with my sensitive teeth (O: Liz and Veronica are so patient with me while working on my sensitive teeth and have a fun outgoing personality! the staff calls me by name and remembers whats going on in my life and truly seem to enjoy there job! I really enjoy talking with all the girls! Dr. Patel is a funny man and always kind to me ! my teeth look amazing thanks to Dr. Patel, Liz, Veronica and Sarah. There are so many there that are amazing, everyone is so helpful and kind! Right when you walk in the office the care is great! the girls are always dressed cute and I love how they coordinate there colors, gives it a very professional look and they always have a smile on there face! Very welcoming atmosphere! Also Dr. Jones is the best when needing a filling! he doesnt cause pain and is very fast and careful when treating you! This office has been amazing! I would recommend Dr. Jones and Dr. Patel. Great place for adults!!!! What a great experience! I also love how they text me remembers! I usually forget I have an appt but they always remind me more then once, which I need!

The quality of service, and cleanlieness here is good and everyone is friendly....but almost too friendly in a very fake way. To the customers they are very polite, but I unfortunately overheard one of the hygienists, Felicia, yelling at one of the other employees for accidentally putting someone in the wrong room. She was very condescending and inappropriate. Another reason for my reduction in stars is the whole experience is like one big sales pitch. From the moment you walk in the door, they are practically begging you to post positive Yelp reviews. Also, because I moved out of the area for many years, I havent been to this place since I was a kid. I actually had my braces done here in high school. After the dentist comes in, they had the orthodontist come in who tells me I should consider braces because it will be healthier for my teeth, make it easier to floss, etc. Really?! My teeth are nearly perfectly straight because they did the braces! One tooth has slightly moved since then and its hardly an issue. Just felt like they were trying to get more money. I will be back because they are very close and accommodating of my schedule.

I was told about Dr. Patel from a friend that sees him at his office. My gosh I am so happy i came in. Dr. Patel, Maureen & the entire ortho staff were amazing. We were seen on time. The wait in the room was not long at all. My son had plenty of complications with his braced (from a previous orthodontist). I was very worried and had so many questions, he answered them all and reassured me that all will be okay and that he will do all he can to fix what was wrong. We felt understood by Dr. Patel. He knew exactly what to look for and how to fix it. I felt that I could completely trust Dr. Patel and his advise. I appreciated all the help Maureen gave me. She helped understand even more what steps we needed to take to fix any issues with my sons teeth. They went above and beyond for my son. Dr. Ash is working on my implant. When I went in for my extraction a week and a half ago, I was in the chair before my appointment time, and was originally not going to do my bone graft until I delivered my baby (I am 32 weeks pregnant). When Dr. read my information, he was more informative than the office was able to be over the phone in helping me understand that without doing the bone graft, there would likely be more complications when I came back in. I was able to take care of it without any issues and I dont believe anyone else had to be rescheduled. It wasnt as painful as I thought it would be, either; I appreciated that Dr. Ash took his time, yet I was in and out of the chair within just a couple short hours, and I only needed pain medication that evening for a minor headache that evening.

Dr Patel and his staff are the best! Dr Patel is caring, polite, and always made sure to discuss my progress and the direction we were headed with my orthodontic treatment. I love my smile because of the orthodontic treatment I received by him over the course of a few years. I also see Dr Jones for my regular 6 month check ups. He too is very easy to speak with and makes me feel very comfortable. I have been going to this office for over 8 years. My 2 year old recently visited for her first visit with the childrens specialist and everything went great! I would highly recommend any of the Drs located at this office!!

They treat you wonderful until you pay them. I have been going here for a few years and had my braces through Dr. Patel. He was great but the staff is terrible. After getting my braces off I was treated very poorly and charged a fee for even asking a question. My retainer snapped one day while I had it in my mouth and soon after went to them to ask for repairs. They wanted to charge me full price saying it was my fault. It was obvious that it was manufacture error but they did not care to accept a manufacture mistake and did NOT offer any solution. Very disappointed in this customer service

Dr. Patel is a good orthodontist. I gave this place a 3 stars because their accounting staff is horrible!!! They are unorganized, very bad on follow up and horrible at explaining benefits. Watch out for double charges! Fully understand what your benefits are so you are not charged on top of what they are pulling from insurance. If you dont ask for information, they will not volunteer benefits information to you. My kids had two insurances and it was very difficult getting them to disclose what my actual costs were AFTER insurance benefits kicked in. Accounting problems for two years!!

WOW!! This place is like the shady car dealership of dental offices. Every time I went in I paid IN FULL the amount that they told me I owed and then I get a bill in the mail for an additional amount due that keeps going up! When I called the lady there tries to tell me that this is a left over fee for the payments of the work I had being done and this was all explained to me. I told her no it wasnt and she started to argue with me!! DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! But the only bright point was the dental workers were very nice.. too bad they work for a crook!!

Very professional, caring staff with a very pleasant demeanor. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and professional. Very caring and took the time to explain my treatment options. Wait time was quick. Carmen and Patty were great! Very friendly and personable. Thank you for being patient with me as I am a challenge with my gagging issue. Lol. My experience here was a VERY positive one. They made me feel welcome and important. I highly recommend California Dental Care without hesitation to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy dentists that put the patients care first.
