I wanted to like this place, partly because there are not a lot of other choices in this small town, and Dr. Mary seems competent, but I just cant tolerate the snide and non-listening front office staff any longer. Not only to they not listen to customers, and so repeatedly give answers to questions not asked while not answering the questions that were asked, but they do this with an increasingly low-class, snotty attitude. I can find rudeness and incompetence everywhere these days it seems, but Id rather not find it in a place where I want my beloved pets to be cared for. On a more general note, they charge the same rate for initial exams and all subsequent appointments. The initial exam fee is on-par with other animal hospitals initial exam fees in the area. But the issue is that there is no benefit to being a loyal patient. At most places, you pay the expensive initial exam fee the very first time (thus "initial"), and after that you pay a regular lower fee for office visits. Not here. Its the same exam fee, every time. Regardless if you are a new patient or have been going there for 10 years. So whats the point? Odd. Grasping. Greedy?

I recently had an emergency with my dog Sasha and literally ran into the hospital, they completely took control of the situation. I am so very gratefull to them for taking wonderful care of her while talking me through everything they were doing for her. She is on her way to recovery.
