Arrowin Subliminal

The vet was contradictive, condescending, and passive aggressive. Took my dog in because she kept complaining, doctor checked her, said she had an ear infection, but then tried to chalk it up to fleas anyhow. I had flea medication on her, she told me it was bad and had me buy an oral medication which she then also said was bad for the dog. Told me to come back for ear infection if it persisted. I went back a couple weeks later, and she didnt even remember my dog at first, then when she did, she tried to claim it was the fleas again, despite my dog not having any. Then tried to say she had offered me medication and I had refused it, turned around to say the infection wasnt that bad, then did another 180 saying it was probably at a seven or eight and my dog could lose her hearing, but it wasnt that bad, offered two medications, when I chose one instead of both, she came up with that my dog then needed a shot and additional oral medication for an ear infection and couldnt seem to explain any of it. Bad service, felt like she just wanted money and didnt know what she was talking about. Her assistant was really nice though.

Great hospital. The doctor and nurses that helped me with my dog were very considerate and helpful. They made my decisions easier and didnt make me feel as if my decisions were bad or wrong. Very comforting staff, and I am grateful to them.

My dog had Parvo virus and Dr.Helen did the best job and tried every effort she can done. and finally my puppy survived from parvo which is rare case for light weight 8weeks puppy. she really loves animal i can trust her.

They helped my dog the best they could. Im grateful for everything they did. If you want to cremate your pet go to the humane society..its $80. Over here is $125
