I switched over to Lunettes Optometric in 2015 when I finally had to start paying for my own insurance as I was no longer covered under my parents. They have such great customer service! I couldnt be happier with my experience and have recommended my family/colleagues to them without any hesitation. All have been very happy with their experience as well. I have strong astigmatism and am also very nearsighted, and had been wearing glasses since I was 3 years old. I was advised to use hard contacts (RGP contacts) since I was about thirteen to better control my vision. As a student, I studied long hours, and since graduating, I work long hours seasonally in front of a computer. I had a problem with dry eyes/redness for many years. Lunettes convinced me to switch to soft contact lenses, which has changed my life so drastically! My eye redness issue has improved significantly and my skin as well (as I used to rub my eyes often due to dryness). Also, Marianne really knows and loves what she does and it really shows!

This is hands down the best optical and eye-wear store in San Francisco! The doctors are kind, informative and caring. The staff are high knowledgeable and fit you with the best pair of glasses for you. The team delivers world-class customer service - Sarah and Marianne got me into my first pair of DITAs and I have continued to purchase frames and sunglasses exclusively from them. They are always bringing in new luxury and contemporary glasses and sunglasses from all over the world. A great place to get your eyes checked and pick-up glasses that suit your style.

Gotta love this place cuz youre in an out getting you an efficient and fast appointment is what theyre about The optometrist is nice, and they also take VSP Their equipment is high tech, just check it out and youll see Made an appointment online, got there, the staff were nice. Saw Dr. Patel and she gave me my contact lens check up. She did a great job, was efficient and comprehensive. She was patient and really pleasant. Hard to find a good optometrist as there are so many around, but this will be my go to!

I wont go anywhere else. I have seen numerous optometrists and ophthalmologists in the past for my Thygesons disease, but nobody is as comprehensive and thorough in his/her assessment as Dr. Leon. No other eye professional that Ive dealt with is resolved to conduct such an accurate eye exam as she. Not to mention she is incredibly compassionate. And Marianne at the front desk is the sweetest. I love going to Lunettes.

They are super helpful, submitting my rebate request for me, etc.; friendly; and very professional. Through their help, I now wear the most comfortable contacts Ive experienced over the last 20yrs.
