My partner has been going to Dr. Rowe for many years. She has continued for years because the care was professional, a step above the rest! This year, we were told Dr. Rowe would not see us, so with no other choice we saw new Doc. Who now is owner. He spoke poorly of old doc an staff who have all been replaced. The prices have all been raised. I mean really 980.00 for 1 pair of bifocal glasses? We have waited 2 weeks for trial contacts, today when we called they didnt even see a order. Manager Jamie would call back....NO CALL. The staff also said they are just learning with no optical experience!!!! What happened to this office. I will be requesting our money back, taking my partner & our 4 children to another office. One who cares about their customers. I wish i could have wrote a better review. Support our JC Businesses just not this one.

Dr. Rowe is a great provider but the office staff leaves something to be desired. My husbands contacts did not get ordered, my glasses were supposed to take 7 - 10 days, I dont know when they will finally come in but today is 10 days and they were supposed to call me and let me know if they came in today, but you guessed it, no call. I paid almost $300 and Im sure my insurance got billed, so they have the money and I am still waiting.

This is a wonderful office of friendly and first rate doctors and assistants. The office staff is welcoming and helpful with prescription lens and frames as well as billing, etc.
