I originally wrote a lengthy review for Weisman Optometrists because I wasnt completely satisfied with the level of customer service I received on my initial visit. A few days after I posted the review, I received a call from one of their employees who wanted to address my concerns. She was very professional, courteous, and was able to clear up most of the issues that I had. The only issues she wasnt able to take care of was the issue I was having with my contacts. However, that was handled by the doctor (as it should be) on my follow-up visit. The doctor was very friendly and easy to talk to about the problems I was having with my lenses. After a few adjustments to my prescription, I was out the door with a new pair of contact lenses. The entire visit took less than 15 minutes. They seem to take customer service very seriously there. If you do have an issue, I would highly recommend speaking to a manager about any concerns you have because they will definitley work hard to resolve them.

I have been a patient of Weisman Optometrists for over 25 years. Even though Ive moved over 40 miles away, I would not change optometrists. It is a pleasure to have my eyes examined there. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the doctors are professional and kind. I love that they explain everything about what your eyes do and can indicate about a persons physical health. The opticians are knowledgeable courteous and good about finding frames to fit your face. Ive worn glasses, contacts and had lasik, all through this office. The office is clean, modern and very comfortable. I really do love Weisman Optometrists!

We have been customers at Weisman for many years. We find them to be very friendly and professional. Whenever we have had any issues they have always been able to take care of us right away. Recently, my husband and I have both had new diagnoses and they did not hesitate to refer us to specialists immediately. We have never had any problems with billing because they take care of our billing professionally. They are very helpful with choosing the best looking glasses for us and they have a great selection. I have referred several people to them and they have always been pleased as well.

I have been going to the Weisman group for 4 years now and I absolutely think they are the best! They are so good I even took my 88 year old aunt there and she was treated like a queen, with respect and kindness.They really worked with her to understand what was happening since she has dementia issues and understood her limitations without being told. The staff is terrific, kind, professional and know what they are doing. The doctors truly care about you and if by chance you have an emergency they fit you in! There is not a doctors office I would rather visit than this one!

Went here for my first pair of glasses (had never had any measures to correct my vision prior). This location is fantastic. The facility is extremely clean and well-kept, presentation is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. One of the managers specifically, Kay, is an example of world-class service; aside from finding me the perfect frames, Kay was personable, sharp, efficient, and easily one of the best experiences Ive had from a customer service standpoint. If youre looking for a place for optical assistance, this should be your top choice!

By far the best experience Ive had at the optometrist. The doctor was professional and efficient. The technician asked what I did/did not like about my current frames and pulled a selection of frames for me to consider - Ive never had this experience before. I highly recommend them. I took off a star because I wasnt asked for a photo ID when providing my new client/insurance information, or when paying the bill.

This was our first time at Weisman and we could not be happier! My 15 year old daughter has been wearing glasses/contacts since she was in 2nd grade and this is by far the best place we have ever gone. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the Dr. was amazing. We did not have to wait at all, even though we arrived late. Clean, cozy office!

Whats not to like about Weisman Optometrists. We appreciate the helpful assistance that Sharon Dowdy provides us while selecting frames along with maintaining current popular styles. And nobody adjusts eyeglasses like Sharon. After an adjustment, you forget your wearing eyeglasses. All of this in a friendly and professional setting.

They are so accomodating and nice. My daughter scratched my eye and they got me in right away. Such a great experience. Good doctors. They took great care of me. Good location. Nice selection of glasses. But the highlight was definitely the service. I highly reccomend.
