i went to this dental office in about May 13, they took X-ray on my teeth. And they refer me to other hospital. The experience was ok, the doctor is nice. when I leave, I asked them to send those X-ray pictures to me, they said ok, and they asked if they should send those pictures to the email that I provide to them in the register form, I said yes, and I asked how much I need to pay, and I paid, then I left, everything is clear and nice and harmonies. But my X-ray pictures didn’t arrive until now (May 25)! I just call them and asked why. They said I should fill a form and pay 25 dollars to get my X-ray pictures. I feel this is so funny. Nobody told me anything when I was in their office two weeks ago, and I am 100% sure they agreed to send me those pictures. We have this conversation when there are one male doctor and two female assistant in that front-desk. I don’t know what is wrong, I just feel nobody need to lie just for 25 $.

Technically, excellent. Very fine dentist/s. Support staff, nice and smart women, good "bedside" manner, but I had to struggle a bit to get through a little bureaucratic SNAFU with regard to my coverage in order to secure appointments at front desk. Such things should not be an impediment to dental care. Pro active involvement by staff -- taking the lead when it comes to Delta or COBRA coverage, is so important. This is their field, not our field. Not every patient is set up at work or otherwise to determine just how extensive their coverage is, who is covered, what limits, and when. I learned the hard way. You must be quite direct and assertive in asking for what you need. I do think these are talented, good and smart people who mean well, however in this one regard, perhaps someone dropped a stitch..

Love this place. Dr. Chen is one of the two best dentists Ive had in my entire life and the staff as a whole has always been pleasant and very helpful. Great care and very attentive to actually listen to the patient and work with them for both comfort and treatment plans. No bull upsales for services not needed but straight to the point when things get serious. I kept going there for years because I liked it so much even though they are not in my current insurances network of providers so I was paying more out of pocket then I needed but was willing to as I liked the care so much. Alas I now really cant afford to not take full advantage of my coverage anymore and am changing dentists because of that but if my circumstances change so I can come back in the future I certainly will.

I love my dentist!!! And all the staff there are awesome. Ive been going here for all my dental needs for many years now. Ive gotten cleanings, multiple fillings, a nightguard made, teeth whitening, and even getting my teeth straightened with this new program called Realine. I couldnt recommend Dr. Chen and her staff more. They are always courteous, professional, gentle yet thorough, and great! They also have a fun office community-- I love voting in the pumpkin carving contest every year.

The professionals at Mission Terrace Dental are awesome, honest, friendly, and very patient. After some prior trouble with my teeth, Dr. Phyllis Chen, my new dentist-for-life, laid out simple options. Her office explained the costs and I chose the best one. The highest compliment: I fell asleep during two filling replacements, drilling and all. It could not have been easier. Also shes much less expensive than most dentists I checked with prior to my two visits with Dr. Chen.

Great office! Dr. CHen is fabulous with all age groups. My child has seen her since she was 2 and I have seen for for about 5 years. My experiences have all been positive and they have great follow-up. They also call to check in on how you are feeling after each procedure. As good as going to the dentist can be!
