I posted this review on Yelp but for a dental office as good as MDC, I think it deserves to be known by people from anywhere! This review is long overdue! I’ve visited Mukilteo Dental Center for at least 10 times now, and I highly recommend MDC to those who are looking for a new dentist or to those who is planning on switching dentists base on my own personal experience. What I like about MDC is that they have excellent dentists who are highly professional and compassionate toward their patients. Dr. Pham, especially, is the most caring and patient-centered dentist I think I’ve ever met. She makes every attempt to minimize the amount of treatment for her patients, and the work she does is top-notch and very affordable. I also appreciate her thorough explanations on treatment plans and her effort in trying everything that she could to calm and comfort the fearful patients. She is also very easy to talk with, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Besides the excellent dentists, MDC also has a fun team of super friendly and helpful staff. They have made every single one of my visits so far a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Oh and did I mention that MDC is also highly involved with the community. I have never seen a dental office that does as much to give back to the community as MDC does. This really shows that they care not only about their patients but also the entire community. I think I appreciate their services as much as they value our businesses! I highly recommend MDC and Dr. Pham to those of you out there looking for a new dentist. They are wonderful!

We started going to the Mukilteo Dental Center about a two years ago. Things started out great, then they started talking us into additional services because we "really needed them." We had a deep cleaning done and they advised us that we should do an additional cleaning every year. So we did this not realizing it was different than a regular cleaning that you get done twice a year. Our insurance changed in the middle of the year, so when we went in for our third cleaning of the year I asked if our insurance covers the cleaning. They said yes, its preventive so its covered at 100%. Well, they didnt actually look into our insurance and the cleaning that they did was not preventive so we had to pay for our cleaning. I have NEVER paid for a cleaning. When I asked them what was going on they said that it was actually periodontal maintenance not a cleaning. We were never advise that the cleaning would now be different, just that we would be getting an extra cleaning each year. So basically they are not upfront about costs until after you have the service done and then they expect you to pay for it. They dont look into your insurance before they bill you. Several times their "estimate" was way over what I actually needed to pay and they conveniently kept that credit on my account until my next appointment. After arguing with them about this for a few days they politely told me to find another dentist. Patients beware!

I have been a patient of Dr Pham for the last several years. Dr Pham and her staff has always greeted me with a smile. Mukilteo dental center has always provided me with gentle care with the latest technology. Her office also has a soft homey feel and does not feel like a sterile laboratory. Also where else can I get daily reminders via text and emails with a personal call to remind me of my appointment. What really drove it home for me is how she cares for my dental health, when I had to have a tooth extraction, she referred me to another professional. I have had dentist before that did extraction before that felt like they were chiseling away at my mouth, I felt that they wanted the money more then my comfort and repeat business. I love mukilteo dental center to all... I have referred my work, family and friends to Mukilteo Dental Center and they are from Seattle!!!

I absolutley love every visit I have to Mukilteo Dental Center! Everyone is always very warm and welcoming! I feel as if though I am at home! From the ladies (and man) at the front desk ;-) to the medical staff members, I am always very satisfied with how I am treated. Hugs, smiles and friendly conversation every time I am in there. Dr. Pham and her staff are always gentle with my teeth and never fail to inform me with whats going on during my exams. I always feel safe and confident in the service I am receiving! My entire family (5 members) are all patients here and we all agree that the care we receive is exceptional! I used to fear the Dentists office as a child and now I wish my appointments werent so far away from each other! Absolutely the best Dental office in my opinion. Love being a patient at Mukilteo Dental Center!

I recently visited the MDC for my regular dental checkup, and I had a very pleasant experience. I had great experience with both Dr. Walter and Dr. Pham, they are very patient and friendly. The MDC staff is great also. I feel like Norm in Cheers when I walk in, they always know my name and gave me a warm welcome. The dental hygienist was very gentle. They were very accommodating by letting me move up my appointment last minute. I highly recommend the MDC for your dental needs! 8/21: I took my daughters to their appointments this day, and our experience was great as before. The staff was very patient with my children. Thanks again to the MDC team!

WOW!!! This has been the fastest, most organized and most positively the best dental experience I have ever had. From the time I walked in the front door and was greeted so pleasantly by Brittney and Sarah, I felt like I was in good hands. Then meeting Dr. Walter and a few assistants, I became even more relaxed and comfortable and had a plan to fix my front 4 teeth. The next 2 weeks I visited the dentist 2 more times and finally I can smile big again with confidence. This dental office is like a resort. I actually had a good time. I have been a client of Dr. Phams for the last several year and find that her and her staff provide the greatest care for my needs. I have went to other practices in Seattle for convenience, but they never really took care of me as Dr Pham and her staff. Update: I just wanted to update my experience again with Dr Pham and her great staff. I have been with them for almost over a decade, I love how dedicated the staff is to the wellbeing of their customers. Dont listen to others as i have had numerous different jobs over the year and have never had any issues with insurance. Great JOB to the Doctors and Staff at Mukilteo Dental Center!!!

I live over in Spokane, Washington, which is a long way to go for Dental Appointments and I have gone to several Dentists in our area, WORTH THE DRIVE!!! I have enjoyed every appointment and now I have my wife and kids see Dr. Pham and staff! They are clean, respectful and most importantly PROFESSIONAL!!! BTW: we went to a childrens Dental office here in Spokane, because I thought they would provide us with special attention to kids, well we get that at MDC for our kids!!! Great ADULT and CHILDRENS DENTAL CLINIC!!! Plus they have wonderful Saturday Appointments that accommodate our traveling needs!! Thank you and see you in OCTOBER!
