Rodan and Fields is a pushy marketing firm. They get you to sign up and then they ship you things you dont need. They send a confimation a day before it ships but they dont tell you what they are shipping. When you call them to tell them they made a mistake. They say "Oh I am sorry it shipped". Call back when it come and will give you a label to return" Why dont they just send it immediately? Because they know in this busy world, that people most of the time wont do it. Very poor customor service and a scheme that ships monthly/bimonthly whether you want it or not! I am taking my business elsewhere. Ann Roemer San Jose
