Bad dentistry but Good PR! Do not make the mistake I did. I would not suggest Dr. Pannu as a dentist. Especially, for Invisalign. Because once you sign the papers, you are stuck with him for two years. Last year, I was looking for a good dentist to do invisalign. Dr. Pannu is pretty famous on the internet and media, so I decided to see him. In our first appointment, he was so caring, friendly and confident. He made time to discuss with me. This was the first and the last time I saw him for more than 2 minutes. I have been very dissatisfied with the service I have got from Dr. Pannu and his staff for the following reasons: 1) At every appointment, I have had to wait for at least half an hour. For some reason, at my appointment time, there is always at least one patient in the examine room. 2) Until very recently, it has not been made clear to me that there are other dentists that work for him and when I make an appointment I might see any of the other dentists but Dr. Pannu. In each appointment, Dr. Pannu stops by for 1-2 minutes and disappear. One of his assistants or another dentist does the job. 3) Dr. Pannu and the other dentists are very busy, they are multiplexing between multiple patients. They are always in a rush to go the the patient in next room. They come to your room, spend a few minutes and disappear for 10 minutes. Most of the time, you keep waiting without knowing what you are waiting for. Last time, after my teeth cleaning I waited for 10 minutes in the room so that the dentist comes and says "You are done!". Great! 4) On top of all, my Saturday appointment was cancelled last minute because Dr. Pannu wants to see NEW Invisalign patients only that day. Of course, he already got my money, why would he need me?

My dental hygienist, Ajita is the best thing that has happened to my teeth. I look forward to my dental appointments. She is very professional, detail oriented and very knowledgeable. She takes her time with the cleanings and communicates her observations clearly. She has a very steady hand and guides fluently over all my teeth. She will constantly ask for feedback on pain levels, comfort, etc. She and I partner together to keep my teeth in great shape. Ajita will be my dental hygienist for years to come. The staff is great, professional and patient in getting the appointments. They will work with your schedule and does a tough job of coordinating the appointments. This office puts technology to good use with reminders and have a fairly good level of automation. I commend Dr Pannu in creating a positive environment in this office.

Dr. Tran was the most impersonable dentist I have ever encountered. In fact, I never saw the face of the dentist as she approached with a mask on, looked at my x-rays and proceeded to clean my teeth. I had some bone loss and sensitive teeth; she never asked if I had any discomfort. Only when she was half way out the door she asked if I had any questions. The hygienist took 5 seconds to polish my teeth and did not use any floss. I dont think he did a very thorough job. This was my first visit to this office for a regular cleaning, and I left feeling not as clean as Ive been after other dentist visits. Needless to say I would not return nor recommend this dental office to anyone.

I visited Dr. Pannus office, I was amazed by the look of my crown for my front teeth. It is more impressive that the crown was done in the office within 3 hours. Dr. Pannu always has the most advanced equipment. His new doctor named Bessa designed my crown with the computer so that I can see how it will be looked like before they make it. He fully understand what I like and very skillful and patient. I am100% satisfied with my crown - exactly as the way I wanted. Most amazing thing is I did not need to wait 2 weeks to get my crown back, instead, I get my permanent crown within 3 hours. Thank you doctor Bessa ,and Dr. Pannu

Dr. Pannu doesnt have much time. He tries to give a max of 1 or 2 mins to any patient. When it comes to money for invasalign, he gives enough time. He got my wisdom teeth extracted but didnt explain me clearly about what are the post-operative care needed. I had a marathon the next day, he told me after the extraction that there is some restrictions etc. On top of it, he couldnt locate a cavity in one of my teeth. When i had intense pain and i told him, he looked into it and then was doubting it to be a root canal. I would never visit this dentist again.

Dr.Pannu is absolutely amazing.I went there yesterday with a chipped tooth and within 20 minutes he fixed it up. I was really impressed by his skill, he did such a neat job that no one could have found out that I broke my tooth until I told them. Thank you Dr.Pannu for getting my smile back. Last but not the least I highly recommend anyone who has dental problems to visit him, he is a magician when it comes to his field.

I had an appointment for 8:30. They called me in 8:50 after that I told them my appointment was 8:30. They did x-ray and brushing. NOT FLOSSING AT ALL. Then I sat another 20 minutes till doctor came and did a quick general cleaning for 10 minutes. Ive done checkup and general cleaning before and was pretty much familiar with process. Really unhappy and unsatisfied. Poor in communication. Never will back there again.

This is the second time i have been to this place and i must say, I absolutely love it. Dr. Pannu himself didnt have the time to help me out but one of his other dentists, Dr. Pooja took care of my extremely well and did an amazing job on everything I needed help with. The wait was short, they worked well with my schedule and did a good job on everything! Very please, they have my business

I am very satisfied from the services I’ve had from the start up to now, no regret to choose Pannu dental. I had Dr. Poojah and I want to call her Dr. P. as for me P stands for "Perfectionist", everything she did is what every patient wants. A true asset to Pannu Dental, she always has a smile on her face, she is a good listener and I highly recommend her. Good job.

Dr. Pannu is great. I have been very happy with my dental treatment. They explain the options before proceeding with the treatment. His staff is also very courteous. They are very prompt about appointment reminders-so you cannot miss your appointment. I have already referred some of my friends to his office.

Its very busy place with too many people.. I reached 15 minutes early to my appt and was made to wait 1hr. Front desk staff have no idea whos going in & out! After 1hr waiting she told me do some paper work. I think that place has too many people they can handle and not going back.

I am absolutely impressed with Dr. Pannus service. When it comes to Invisalign, Dr Pannu is one of the best in the Bay Area. I also got top discount compared to quotes from others. Not just alignment of my teeth, but over all dental hygene is significantly better now.
