Not helpful when I requested to have a vet check my puppy (who is a patient at the clinic!!) - my 7-month-old was limping badly when I got home on Friday and the front office staff asked to come back on Monday! Even though the clinic was completely empty and a technician was about to offer to look at him. I am now switch clinic for both my dogs.
