Ive never been happier with a veterinary experience as I am today. I literally JUST left the office with Tiger. I originally had Tiger at Sunset Animal Clinic but the trip to/from was really taking its toll on Tiger, as well as some other issues I had with Sunset. So I took to Social Media asking for referrals and looking up vets in the area. I found 3 in the immediate vicinity of my apartment but landed on Pawsh Place because of the positive reviews both on Facebook and Yelp. I called and made Tiger an appointment and today was the day. Probably abnormal to bring a pet in when nothing is wrong but I wanted to get Tiger established with a local vet while he was in good health. Our appointment was at 9am and the front reception greeted us and welcomed us as new clients of Pawsh Place. We were immediately given a room and Tiger was free to roam the room (something his previous vet discouraged). The vet assistant came in and took down info for Tiger and his temperature. Moments later Dr. Hatt came in. Normally at Tigers other vet this would be the moment I would have to get Tiger up on the counter and "subdue" him for the exam. But I was really happy and impressed with Dr. Hatt and her assistant. They coaxed Tiger out of the corner he was hiding in and conducted a very thorough exam. All the while I was able to sit and observe answering questions as needed. After the physical exam Dr. Hatt stated that Tiger was in good health and said she could offer me lab work for Tiger. Given that the last time Tiger EVER had lab work was well over 10 years ago I agreed. I fully expected the wait time that followed his blood draw. Thank God for smart phones to keep me busy lol and Tiger hid in his carrier. Dr. Hatt came in and delivered amazing news that Tiger was VERY healthy for his age, slightly higher cholestoral but expected considering he was overweight. I asked about his weight and what to do (the infamous question Ive asked Tigers previous vet numerous times with no viable solution) Dr. Hatt gave me some amazing suggestions including the treat ball idea where he has to work for the food thus making him active. When I was leaving the front desk staff again took the time to make sure we were happy and was willing to work with my part cash / part card payment which was really awesome. Dr. Hatt and her staff have won Tiger and I over and honestly the visit went so well I am REALLY looking forward to his next visit. That has to be the weirdest statement for a pet owner to make but I really enjoyed the visit, the staff, and the atmosphere of the place. I think Tiger did amazing and enjoyed it as well.

I took our dog to a groomer next door to Pawsh Place. The groomer noticed a potentially serious ailment, and recommended I have the veterinarian at Pawsh Place examine our pet, the sooner the better. We have a different veterinarian with whom we are very pleased, but the groomers sense of urgency and confidence in Pawsh Place led me to go immediately there and have him checked. I knew that our regular vet had no openings that day, because I had called earlier to see if I could get the dog in for an exam. (We had noticed a behavioral change, but did not know it was a sign of something as significant as it turned out to be.) The staff at Pawsh Place worked him in quickly, identified his problem, outlined the solution, and offered options for dealing with it in terms of priorities and costs. They told us they could proceed with the necessary procedures right away, on our request. We opted to have the procedures done that afternoon. The costs seemed reasonable, and the care was excellent. Our pup recovered well and I will probably continue to use Pawsh Place as his primary care office. I was very impressed by the courtesy, care, and compassion exhibited.

My husband and I brought two fur babies into our lives November 2016. Since then weve been regular customers. The medical staff has treated us practically like family since day one. Theyve watched our babies grow and are always excited to see them. Theyve taken extra time during vaccines to make sure it wasnt a traumatic experience and have been patient with us and ALL our questions. Weve found the staff at the Boutique very helpful. In addition, I really appreciate the quality merchandise they carry. Ive saved the best for last, I cant say enough about the Play Care & staff. Im such a protective mamma, but I know Im leaving them in good hands. I cant tell whos more excited when we drop them off, the puppies or the staff! Its been such a wonderful experience for our two little ones, I get teared up when I see them playing with other "regulars", and to know they have friends

Amazing. Just amazing. The compassion that showed to my 1.5 year old pitbull was exactly what I was looking for. My pit has extreme skin allergies and we have been to 3 vets, pawsh being the 3rd. I was an emotional wreck, my poor dogs hair had literally all fallen out while I was away on business. Doctor Chancellor was on the floor with my dog examining her and just showed her so much love that no other vet has. One of the vet assistants came in talked to me about my dog and asked if she could hug me cause I was so emotional about my pup. Again no other vet Ive been to has treated us this way- usually its all business- in and out-but this team made sure we were okay. They came up with a game plan for my pits health and so far we have new hair growth!! Thank you Dr. Chancellor and the entire team at pawsh for having compassion and love for my pup.

Weve seen countless vets between seven states throughout our military moves. Dr. Hatt and her team are, hands down, the best weve ever known! We moved here in September 2015 with our elderly 15-year-old Chihuahuas. Our male, Blaze, was very sick and I couldnt have asked for better care in his last months of life. Dr. Hatt, her vet techs, and the office staff loved on Blaze and treated him like their very own at each visit. They called and emailed me, too, to check on him. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have had such a caring and emotionally supportive team on my side. I highly recommend Pawsh Place for their genuine, caring, and affordable services!

It was my first time taking my dog to a vet, we have taken her to like small clinics to get her shots though. But the experience here was amazing, they are definitely affordable, which is good because I am on a very tight budget, but the vet really made sure that my dog was comfortable and wasnt hurting when she gave her any shots, which is really good because when we took her to a clinic my dog tried to bite them. My dog kinda hates everyone but she really liked the vet, she even gave her kisses on her nose which she only does to close family. Definitely recommend her to you guys and I have told like everyone I know who has a pet to go here.

I recently took my fur baby Toby in to see the groomers at Pawsh. Hes a really big dog and not at all fond of getting a bath. The staff at Pawsh were fantastic with him though, and very helpful in answering my questions. At other grooming places, Toby is usually very eager to leave; however, when we were leaving Pawsh, he was still interested in looking around which was a great sign that he was not at all upset by the experience in any way. I was very pleased with the service and care provided by Pawsh, and wont have any hesitation in taking the Tobes back in again.
