First off- for the person that complained you do not know a lot about animals and probally did not call them to tell them problem you had. I am not sure I am a person that uses there services. I do have back ground in the animal field btw- First off if a animal changes food they get the runs it is an easy fix. As far as the rude part- I have never had an bad vibes- most the them are young so maybe that was the problem. No they are not 4 or 5 star- but what do you expect for $19.00 a day board get real. I like them I like the location and my dog loves going there- he gets excited he gets to bark at the other dogs- I never feel bad when I take him there- I good suggestion to you - is if your dog loses weight and has the runs send your own dog food he or she will like it and no runs...................I hope that helps all of you- I trust very few places- I am very very picky on where I trust my loves. I have seen a lot of bad stuff working in the back that many do not know that happens. I get a good vib- I do not know what is in the back office cause I do not work there but my feelings are very good- I would trust sending my dog in the back- no many places would allow to do so. Some folks should not work with animals but if the money is good many just dont care. You must have to love of animals to work in the field. I am being honest and want to tell others what to watch out for. I oviously do not work for the company or I would not say all of this. Love your animal they are more faithful than people btw.

This place should be closed. I had them take care of my healthy dog for 9 days, when I picked up my dog, he lost a lot of weight, had a wounded nose and is having diarrhea until now. He smells so bad and noticed that he slept in his own potty. They told me that it is fine to bring blankets, a pillow, foods, and toys but when I picked him up i found that those items were not used. this is the most ridiculous place for animals to stay. The older lady was even rude and not very helpful at all. I dont recommend this place to anyone especially those that treat their animals like their own kid. THIS PLACE NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!! Our Maltese almost died tonight due to the incompetence of the vet there. She had puppies a month ago and became ill about a week ago so we brought her here and the vet did a half ass exam and told us her illness was a "mystery" but if he had used common sense and did the proper tests and exams he would have discovered she had eclampsyia and give her the proper treatment instead of charging us $200 for nothing!! If you value your animals you will keep them FAR away from this place!!!

Would never go back the doctor was so rude acted like my dog was not important.He did not even take the time to look at him or even acted like he cared he couldve at least acted like he cared just a little bit . He wanted to run a parvo test on him after I told him he didnt have the symptoms. He told me to take him to UC Davis If I even thought I could afford it . The staff was very nice but he was disgusting if I could give him a zero I would!

These guys were awesome. I called them this morning and I had my cat in there an hour later. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in less than a half hour and my cat is feeling much better. It was an emergency visit and they only charged me the regular office fee. I am definitely going to be taking my pets here from now on

Dr. B and his staff very caring and attentive to your fur babies need. Price is comparable to other veterinarians in the area. Ive taken my two dogs to this vet since Ive owned them which has been over 6 years ago. I am pleased with their services
