Im elderly and disabled and after arriving with 2 pets that needed almost a $1000.00 worth of vet care, I was told I could not use the restroom and to go next door. The hamburger place next door posted a sign that says, "Restroom for customers only, ask for key"... When I walked back to the vets office I was STILL denied use of the restroom and the receptionist AND the blond vet assistant acted as though the entire situation was humorous and told me Id probably have better luck trying yet ANOTHER locations restroom... I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Rude service and they think its funny to see an elderly customer in distress. I hope the vet sees this and addresses the situation of him losing out on close to a $1000 today due to poor service and nasty attitude towards disabled elderly customers. A sincere apology from the vet would convince me to remove this negative rating.....

First time at this Hospital and I was very impressed. My experience with another vet was "Pay me lots of money and I will tell you first what your dog does not have and then we will find out what she has". At Animal Advocates, they gave me the inexpensive common sense treatment first, which turned out to be the correct one. My dog is happy and healthy and in the last 20 days since our visit, the staff has called us twice to check on Lola. I was very impressed with that! Also noticed that the visit, with medications, was cheaper than any other visit I made to my old vet for smaller problems.

This hospital is run by a friendly and professional staff located in a small, quaint building. Usually its fairly easy to get emergency appointments at short notice. Dr Liu and the vet techs will take their time to examine your pet in a comprehensive and caring manner. I trust that my pets are given the best medical help available and, if not, they are referred to specialists in the area. I would recommend this veterinary service to those wanting exceptional treatment for their furry family members!

I had got out of a very expensive break up, new apartment, moving and all I had little to to no money to my name. My dog git really really ill, and was hollering in pain. I couldnt take it. Google for an inexpensive vet. This place was on top of the list - complimentary first visit. I call in all humility, they made room that day for the check up. They were kind, caring and more than helpful. I now am slowly on my feet and I have a new vet.

I have always received excellent care for my pets at Animal Advocates. the doctors and staff know my pets names and are caring and compassionate in dealing with them. I always get a follow up call to ask about how my pet is doing after their visit, and any test results are given quickly. I never have to call them about results, they call first.
