Some of the staff here are absolutely amazing. And helped me so much I could never have possibly thanked them enough. My only problem with the clinic is some of the staff firmly believe in neutering. And one was quite rude to me for saying I was waiting until I had a litter of puppies before I neutered my dog to the point that she told me I was a bad owner bad person and that I wouldnt be able to go back if I didnt neuter my dog.

We recently had to put down our golden retriever. As traumatic as that was, Dr. Shafer made it much easier with her kind and compassionate personality. She made a very difficult situation much easier to deal with. A few weeks later we got a new puppy and took her right in to Dr. Shafer and look forward to many years of wonderful care. No available appointments. They were checking until I stupidly told them that the cat was not mine. Im sorry. It belongs to my 7 year old and her 20 year old cousin since the original owner passed away. They need authorization from the owner to see a cat with an injury.
