To say that I "loved it" is a bit difficult because of the circumstances of why I went to Arroyo Vista Hospital. My loving companion of 19 years had to be put down, my precious kitty, Colette, so it was a very difficult visit for me. However, the staff and doctor at the hospital were kind, gracious and very sympathetic to why I was there. They completely helped me understand what was going to happen and made me and my wonderful cat comfortable when it was time for her to sleep for the last time. Im writing this review today as I received a sympathy card in the mail signed by the entire staff of the hospital - I am in awe of the kindness they have shown me, a perfect stranger. I am grateful I chose this hospital to help me with this very difficult decision. I can only imagine how wonderful they are to those with animals just needing checkups to animals needing great care. I highly recommend this hospital.

Dr. Villano is awesome and I feel very comfortable with him. Hes wonderful with my timid and fearful dog and so understanding. Hes also always so sweet to my husband and I. He is a competent and very knowledgable doctor. Dr. Gonda seems to like animals more than people, which is great for the animals but everytime Ive had to deal with him he makes my husband and I feel like its all our fault (we love our animals and take very good care of them). He actually made my cry once by suddenly flashing me a picture of my cats insides during surgery without warning (I dont deal well with things like that). That being said he is a very good surgeon and does take good care of the animals, I would just rather not deal with him. The people that work in the front are also great, Virginia especially! I feel lucky to have found such a great clinic with great people that I trust to take great care of my animals!

I visit the pound regularly to allow my animal crazed nine year old to "volunteer". Long story short, we ended up with an emaciated Doberman puppy, only 7 weeks old and starving to death. I am a single mom, with little available funds and took her to Dr. Gonda to see if there was anything he could do to help me...help her. Within two weeks time Dr. Gonda worked his magic and fixed her. I was worried about the bills but Dr. Gonda made me a deal I couldn’t pass up and now we have a very healthy puppy. She is now 10 weeks of age and will live a very long and happy life. I am hoping someone in his office will adopt her...shes too big for my place! Dr. Gonda promises to work to find her a home and continue to care for her until she is placed somewhere safe. Is it wrong to have a crush on your vet?!

We are so excited that we found Arroyo Vista! The entire team from Dr. Gonda and Dr. Villanova, all of the vet techs, Stuart, Alfonso, Courtney, Melissa to the lovely ladies up front, Jackie and Annie made our experience so wonderful. I wish I could remember everyones name, because every single one of them were beyond amazing! They gave our pup, Sirius Black, the best care we could have hoped for. They took their time with us and made sure that our guy is back to feeling like his old self again. We highly recommend this vet clinic and team, they treat you like family, are very experienced and knowledgeable and we are beyond grateful for them. Thank you guys!!

Dr. Gonda truly loves what he does and takes incredible care of our dogs. We actually received both of our dogs from him for free. He truly cares about the animals he treats and wants the best for all of them. He has found problems with our oldest dog and he has never felt better!! His staff is awesome too!! They even created a nickname for our dog. They are always so excited to see them and his staff takes very good care of our dogs when we go out of town. Thank you for all the love and care you provide for Hermie and Callie!!

I am a Local Breeder of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and I have been using Arroyo Vista for years. Both Dr. Gonda and Dr. Vilano, have been such a great resource, they have gotten us through the rough times and the regular Puppy Check Ups, with care and compassion. I send all my clients back, and will not use another Vet after being with them. I will always speak very highly of both of these Dr.s and their Staff. Both doctors and the entire staff treat you like family. They always know my pet when we arrive and have been the most compassionate and thorough vets that we have experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Gonda and Dr. Villano. Each has operated on our pets and helped us during difficult times as our pets have aged and needed to be put to sleep at ages 18 and 19. We have one pet left and wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

Arroyo Vista has been taking care of my pets since they opened. I have always found them to be compassionate and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. I have had to put down several dogs with them and they have been very compassionate. They readily take emergencies during open hours and know the best facilities for after hours. I completely trust them with my animals. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My dog required CCL surgery. Although this is not a service Dr. Gonda performs, he spent a lot of time with me on the phone discussing various options and recommending a veterinary surgeon who could help. I appreciated his honesty and genuine concern for my dog, and decided to use him for my dogs routine veterinary care. I have not been disappointed. The level of care is excellent.

We love the team at Arroyo Vista Veterinary Hospital because we believe they love our pets! Every single person in the office takes their time to understand and learn about our pets, and shows genuine interest and care for us as well. Theyve tendered our kitties during the easiest and hardest times. Theres no reason we would seek love and attention from any other vet!

I took my 6 week old puppy Tonka in for his first health exam today. He was exhausted from all the love he received from the staff. Tonka and I appreciate everyone at the Arroyal Vista Veterinary Hospital for the wonderful care and great attention to detail they provide. I not only feel comfortable leaving my puppy with them, I know he is in good hands!

My five year old cat is seen by Dr. Jenny at Arroyo. I find Dr. Jennys scientific skills to be sound, her approach with my little one to be comforting and the overall experience of arranging offices and the office meets my expectations. I also like their use of technology to keep in contact with pet owners. I highly recommend Arroyo to cat owners.

The staff and vets at Arroyo Vista are all fantastic and care so much about our pets. Very compassionate when we lost our almost 12 year old beagle, and very excited for us when we got our two beagle puppies. Arroyo Vista feels like family to us and the girls at the front office all are very welcoming!! Thank you all for your good service!
