I never write reviews for anything but I have been so impressed with everything this office has to offer that I felt like I owed it to the staff to write one. At my last appointment, I was running short on time, the staff made sure that I was checked in promptly, and that the appointment was as efficient as possible. They were so understanding and did everything they could to help me with time. The entire staff is so helpful and so nice. Everything from remembering my name to helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses...I cant say enough about how amazing these guys are!!! Best ever!

I have worn contact lenses for 40 years, and require reading glasses as well. I changed optometrists, and saw Dr. Lindsey Loock for the first time in April. She spent a great deal of time with me, resulting in solutions that I didnt know existed, for issues Ive been dealing with for years, . Shes delightful, and highly skilled. I am so happy to have been referred by another patient, a friend of mine. The office staff has been wonderful as well. Im thrilled!

Quick and Easy. I appreciate Dr. Loock doing my exam and telling me that Im a slight bit near sighted, but not enough for glasses. She is certainly not going to sell you something you dont need, which I have experienced in the past. I was also able to get a Saturday appoint the same week I called. She also does a free exam for babies under a year old. Preferable between 7 and 8 mths. Bonus!!!

Very fast, efficient, and stress free visit. Everyone in the office is very professional and courteous, and they took all of the guesswork out of using insurance and pricing various features. I found a great pair of glasses so quickly. Saw the "Best of the Best" sign on my way out, and I agree!
