Got a brand new pair of very expensive Oakley frames there in March. Its now August and I have had multiple lens and frame defects. The lab has gotten me two sets of lenses already with bad coating so it looks like there is multiple hairline fractures on the lenses. Nose piece on one of the frames was cutting my nose and had them "exchanged" though it is clear to see the nose piece was swapped out from a different pair of glasses. The nose piece on the "3rd" set of frames I have is now falling off. Went in today to pick up my glasses again for lense defects and noticed the nose piece coming off and one of the ear pieces was very loose. Let them know how displeased I was. Had the receptionist at the front desk roll her eyes and sigh at me. Then she had the nerve to tell me, "well of course if you keep jiggling it then its going to come loose". When I was just showing her how loose the earpiece actually was. The other girl working there told me that the lenses dont just have defects in them and made it sound like I caused the defect. That worker spoke with the doctor in the back and they finally said I could get a different pair of glasses but I would have to pay $125.00 out of pocket.. Even with my Plan A insurance I already paid almost $500.00 out of pocket cost for these glasses. This place is a joke. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I now have a pair of glasses that are way too expensive that will probably start cutting my nose again or the nose piece may actually fall off and I cant do anything about it. So much for the "one year warranty". Do yourself a huge favor and stay very far away from this place. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Im going to have glasses I just purchased 5 months ago that I cannot even wear if the glued on nose piece comes off.

I went to Elite Vision because I did not want to drive all the way across town to my previous eye doctor and a friend was happy with her experience at Elite. I was not impressed. I would say they are just ok. They get the job done but Dr. Popowski spent hardly any time with me during the exam and failed to mention my corneal scar that every other new eye doctor I have ever visited has always asked me about and if I knew about the scars and if they were pre-existing or were they new and something to worry about. He also never asked me about how long and much I wear my contacts or discussed other matters of eye health. All of this shows me a lack of thoroughness and care in his treatment. I also had trouble with the fit and my vision in my right contact lens. When I went in for my follow up I mentioned this so he put me in a different lens that fit better but did not have me come back for a follow up again to verify that this had completely solved the problem but just told me how to order my lenses. Though I feel the lens fits better now my vision is not as good as it was with my previous lenses. I will not be returning to Elite Vision but rather making the drive across town to my previous eye doctor for my next exam.

Dr. Popowski was very friendly and thorough, and went through all of the tests with great care, discussing different contact lens options. He really took the time to explain any eye health concerns I had. The best part was the dilation-less exam, which instead takes a digital image of the eyes. He took the time to show me these images and describe what they meant for my long-term eye health. His office offers the newest and most advanced contact lenses for a great price, and even now I am wearing the extremely comfortable lenses he put me in. All of the exam equipment is state-of-the-art, making the exam painless, and actually quite enjoyable. The office staff was friendly and courteous, and my exam began exactly on time. With regards to the cost of frames, they were very reasonably priced for the great brands that they had available, and I was able to get a good price for a nice back-up pair of glasses. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have had, and I will definitely be returning in the future and recommending this to my friends. They even give out Starbucks gift cards for referring friends! You will not regret using Elite Vision for your eye care needs!

Worst eye exam ever. Dr. didnt seem to care how I used my eyes. Didnt ask about my eye health. Seemed more occupied with getting me out to the optician to sell me some frames and lenses although I had already indicated that I had frames and lenses picked out with another provider. So, how do I know that this eye exam was a joke? How about the fact that I waited longer past my appointment time than it took for the entire eye exam, and in the end the prescription is wrong. Went to another provider who took the time necesssary to get me a proper exam and prescription. Also, went back to discuss the fact that I didnt feel that my exam was thorough and I was told it was my fault that I didnt ask these questions of the doctor. Guess I thought he was the professional and I was the patient. Silly me. Save your time, your money, and your sanity and go to anyone else but this place.

Dr. Popowski and his staff were friendly and very professional, from being welcomed at the door to the check-up and selecting glasses frames and contacts. I felt like my eyes were getting the best care possible, and the optical equipment looked state-of-the-art. They have an incredible selection of designer frames, which--especially for first-time wearers--makes picking out a pair fun. They have styles for pretty much everyone with a discerning taste, and Ive gotten countless compliments on my frames since picking them out almost 2 years ago. As for contacts, Dr. Popowski has the latest in contact lenses that are specifically designed for dry climates, so I never complain about dry eyes anymore. I highly recommend Elite Vision and wouldnt trust my vision to anyone else.

Bad service. Office doesnt open until 10am. Doctor never ever on-time to even 10am appointments. One doctor, has about 5-6 assistants, all well versed in how to BS you in why the doctor is running late. If you have any type of a work schedule, dont go here, the doctor is over scheduled and you just get the feeling he wants to be done with you. If you have a special situation, forget this place, he is so backed up with appointments you can forget about getting any special kind of treatment. If you here these words, "Go and wait in the waiting area for 15 minutes and Ill check back in with you", that actually means 30-40 minutes. Dont go here and dont be snowed by the nice building, this is a time sink and all around bad experience.

Very expensive for the quality and service provided. I bought my juicy couture frames there a year or so ago. Have been in several times to have them worked on. This last time a piece in one of the arms fell off. This keeps them on my face when I look down. They said since they were out of warranty they cant help me. I even offered to pay to have their people fix them, they said they cant do that. They did tell me to try a local shop here for repairs, I did, he cant fix them. So now I own some worthless frames I spent good money on. So now that Im due to get another eye exam should I go back to them for another $400? I think not. Dont be fooled by the Groupon. I paid that amount after the Groupon. Gimmick
