Dr. Ortloff and her team are the absolute best! I have been taking my cats to her for 15 years. She is very knowledgeable, works wonders and has a great manner with the kitties. I know she has given my terminally ill kitties a lot of extra quality time they wouldnt have had, and she is so good with figuring how to treat complex problems. I am very grateful. Dr. Ortloff and the techs are incredibly patient with me and my worries and questions. I dont know if I could put up with me and my worry wart ways. They have been so kind and good to me and the kitties that they have become like family. When I leave a pet with them I am confident that my pet will get the best care and LOVE as well! What more could I ask for?

I took my sweet senior cat in here with some teeth issues. The staff is so nice and compassionate. I worked in veterinary medicine for almost two decades and can see job burn-out from a mile away -- no one here seemed to be just punching the clock. Dr. Ortloff was really great about calling and talking to me about everything she wants to do and was willing to add some treatments she thought would make my cat feel better. The office is very clean and there is no telltale fug of cat pee. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place.

Kathy and crew have been tending to our Bengals for more than a decade now. Top notch care from top notch people who really care about cats as members of an extended family. Id recommend them for everything, especially the boarding service; my two monsters act like theyre getting a trip to the spa every time they go, and are utterly spoiled by the experience.
