I loved their receptionists. They were kind and respectful, but when it came to the technician she was rude and curt to me. She hardly said two words to me. The dr. was a little better, but still treated me like I neglect my dog. He is skinny, but that is just him he is healthy. They treated me like I dont feed him. I found it extremely humorous when my dog turned his nose up at the treat after his shots. They should really take some pointers from the receptionists.

I was very pleased with the service. I arrived about 15 mins early and got right in. Scheduling an appointment only 1-day in advance too! They answered all my questions, were incredibly friendly, and helped my kitty with his broken foot (poor baby!!). Will continue going here. Dr. Bratten was friendly, helpful, answered questions and was great. Front desk woman was very nice and the vet technician was awesome too.

I had another visit with my kitty and they were just awesome! My kitty had something wrong with his eye, they were as gentle as they could be in examining it and gave me options for treatment. I highly recommend them! They explained everything and we do need follow up treatment and they are calling, asking how he is and have been very flexible with reschedules. Great place and people.

We have been taking our 3 dogs here for a few years now and the front office staff and vet are all amazing. We have two Frenchies and they are prone to all sorts of health issues. They helped us finally find an allergy solution! They dont pressure you into buying things you dont need. We will continue to come here even if we move away from Brighton.

I have brought my dogs and cats here for about 15 years. Dr. Bratten, Dena, Tara, and Pearl have always been kind and responsive. I appreciate that they keep cost and practicality in mind while considering the well-being of my pets. I would and do recommend them to anyone looking for a highly competent and caring doctor and staff.

They were curteous and efficient! They obviously care for the animals they tend to and expressed kindness and caring to each of my three dogs. Their prices are reasonable and they did not push a lot of unnecessary products.

The staff here is kind and cares about animals! I brought my cat here for a teeth cleaning. He ended up needing a tooth pulled. He healed very quickly and is feeling much happier now!
