They are only there for a pay check. April at the front desk is completly rude always overbooks app. So half the time ur there for atleast n hr or you go n they never put you in for app. Lydia the main manager is rude as well then they make you feel like its a job you are going to. I was in the hospital for my app. Throwing up blood and because i didnt call them in the middle of throwing up i got no call no show. Ha for having this doc and dealing with the problems for over a yr. They are gonna or did kick me out. Then to top it off they dont want to release my records. Its public they cant keep them. They are a horrible practice that only cares about the money. They mess up an app. Or meds every week. They dont have the system down yet. I wouldnt even rate them with one star but had to so this would post. Jeremy Armstrong is the dr. You want to see if you HAVE TO GO THERE! But even then they are still only there for the money. They dont care and you will soon see that if YOU HAVE TO GO THERE!! April, Gully And Lydia avoid them all if at all possible. I have had a lot wrong with me for ten yrs and out of all the doctors i have seen and been to THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST!

Came in to get set up on birth control and Dr Turke offered me multiple options and I chose the injections every three months. I asked at the time how it would work insurance wise and she told me because of Obama care that all birth control methods are paid for and not to worry. Well just got a bill in the mail for a 100 dollars and its for my birth control shot. This is why I asked and now Im stuck with the bill. If I would have been told the accurate information I would have just dont the pill. Thats like over a years worth of birth control for only 3 months worth! Thanks!!! Wont be coming back!

Once Dr. Kraft left, they didnt care if you had a new doctor or not and it took them 3 weeks to transfer my records to another facility and rather than faxing my records like my other specialist they used snail mail!!!! The Doctors look right through you. I didnt feel like she (another Dr. not Dr. Kraft) even wanted to be talking to me let alone treating me. When I had to give a urine sample for my physical, the shelves were dirty, there were no wipes, the cups were strewn about and there were no pens to write with! It was disgusting. Find somewhere else to go!!!!!!!!!!

The office requires patients to check in 15 minutes prior to the appointment? The reason given for this extra 15 minutes is due to the computer system - a.k.a. the Doctors time is more important than yours. I actually would be okay if that 15 min guaranteed my appointment time. My appointment was 3:30, had to be there at 3:15 (which I was) and I didnt get called back until 4:20. Experience with Dr. Stephanie Kraft was not pleasant. Will not return.

Dr.Rodriguez is caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to actually listen! A trait rarely seen in the medical field these days. I told my son (whos going to med school) that I hoped he treated his patients as well as Dr. Rodriguez does. One of the best doctors Ive ever had and Ive had plenty at 62 years old.

I am very pleased with Dr.Rodriguez , she is very through. After a miss diagnosis last year from another practice she was very pro active and she and other specialist were able to figure out what had been plaguing my husband for a few years now.
