Dr. Mandal is the best of the best! I had my first child the Thursday before Labor Day, and we were discharged on the Saturday before Labor Day. All newborns must have a newborn screen 48 hours after discharge to check on weight and jaundice levels, but there were no offices open on Labor Day. We were put in contact with Dr. Mandal through an after hours nurse hotline, and she contacted my discharge hospitals nursery to see if we could get in. There was no luck there. She tried another hospital closer to our house, but there was no luck there either. She then offered to meet us Labor Day morning at her office to check on our daughter, even though her nurse and front office staff had the day off. She did her very best at entering paperwork (not in her job description, haha), but she did wonderful at being a doctor! She checked our daughters weight and breastfeeding habits, but she was concerned. She made it clear that it could have been even worse had we waited until the Tuesday after Labor Day to see a pediatrician like my discharge hospital had told me to. Due to her concerns, she requested that we come back in the morning after trying to breastfeed and supplement with formula. She understood that I wanted to exclusively breastfeed, but she assured me that we would get her weight up any way possible and then wean her back to breastfeeding only once we were in the clear. Even though we had an appointment the next morning, she made it a point to call us several times throughout Labor Day to check on us. She wanted to know how we were handling everything as parents, how breastfeeding was going, how supplementing was going, and if our daughter seemed to be gaining some energy. We went back to Dr. Mandals office the next morning and our daughter had gained enough weight to put some worries to rest. Just to be sure, we were sent for lab work to the nearest hospital and Dr. Mandal checked the results afterwards. Everything worked out, and we are very tuned in to our babys health. Dr. Mandal was very thorough in explaining everything and doing all that she could to not only help our daughter but us as new parents. Dr. Mandal will always have us as patients and we cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and compassion in the past few weeks. We look forward to a lifetime of care from Dr. Mandal.

I was looking for a better pediatrician in this area so I took a chance on Dr Mandal. She is VERY thorough and is clearly passionate about the well-being of all children. It is obvious in her kind gestures to me and my daughter that she is happy in her role as a pediatrician. She is also pro vaccinations and will gladly help clear up any confusion you may have. Her nurse also carries the same positive and happy attitude. She made getting shots easier. No tears! The office is clean and the receptionist greeted us kindly. Refreshing experience! I was tired of taking my business to ungrateful offices with grouchy staff that have seemed to forget that patients PAY to see them. We have options!

The office staff was really nice. However, the doctor was not helpful with my ADHD son. I made an appointment with her because her reviews were good and she treated for my sons condition. I brought paperwork from my sons school teachers so she could see from their point of view how his behavior is. During the evaluation she didnt ask him questions about he felt, instead talked with my husband and I. Then she told us he was beyond her scope of practice. We walked away with no help for him. We are self pay and that visit was $200. I didnt know I was literally throwing that money in the trash. Devastated completely. We will never return.

My husband and I just had a baby girl after already having our first child 16 years ago. Dr. Mandal has been so gracious to us as we start over in baby days. She always answers us with well researched information and maintains a very professional upbeat and encouraging attitude. Shes passionate about children starting with the babies. That makes us feel very comfortable with her and she is always looking at the big picture making sure we understand that our decision making today will set in motion our babys future. We are truly grateful that she is our daughters pediatrician.

Couldnt be any happier with a choice weve made when decided to bring in our son to be seen by Dr.Mandal. Welcoming personnel, outstanding service, clean facility, no waiting time, exceptional care...What else can you ask for? Dr.Mandal went above and beyond in her examination on our little one, showing that amazing bedside manner, and gave us all the answers on numerous questions we had at that point. We left office being confident we were in good hands. Thank you for all you do for us!

Dr. Mandal is a phenomenal physician. She is a new pediatrician in the Keller area and I took my fourteen year old son to her to get his physical. Dr Mandal is very detail oriented. She reviewed his health history and current concerns. She gave me advice about how to help my son in a way that made it easy for me to help him implement her suggestions. If you have a child who needs a top notch pediatrician I highly recommend Dr Mandal.

I take my infant daughter here as it was recommended by my obgyn and I couldnt be happier! Dr. Mandal explains everything and asks questions to make sure all is well and understood. My daughter was low birth weight and I didnt want to switch to formula. She helped advise a plan to get her gaining weight and keep me breast feeding. It worked!! Im going to switch my oldest daughter over to her as well!!! Staff is also amazing!

The doctors office accomodated our schedule to get two kids with sore throats checked by the doctor a few hours after I called to make an appointment---we were first time patients. Super courteous staff. Nice clean waiting room. Very professional. They took quick throat cultures as part of the exam, and we had a sigh of relief that they were negative within 10 minutes. Thank you Dr. Mandal!

My son was born 9 weeks early and I was so happy to hear that Dr. Mandal had so much experience with preemies! We knew she was the doctor for us within the first minute of the meet and greet with her. Her nurse, Angelique, sews customized burp cloths for all the new infant patients goody bags.

Dr Mandal is a fantastic doctor. I have 4 children, including a special needs daughter. I would not want to take them to anyone but Dr Mandal. She is kind and patient and very informative. I never feel rushed or ignored when I have questions. She is throrough and knowledgeable.
