Such a blessing to have found this wonderful doctor and his caring staff! My 16 month old is a skeptical little guy who is very particular about who he lets get close to him. Dr. Onyeama makes my son feel so comfortable that he actually sits perfectly still and lets the doctor observe him! The doctor is such a friendly and open professional, I can feel his genuine concern for my sons well being but also a respect for my opinions and preferences. He remembers us when we come in and is up to date, both medically and personally, on what is going on with my son. He is a father and it shows in his work. I have never felt so at peace about my sons health care provider and would recommend his to any and everyone. And let me not forget to mention the kindness of the beautiful ladies at the front. It is very obvious that the doctor and his staff have communication. From scheduling an appointment, to any questions I may have, even their interaction with my son, they balance efficiency and friendliness flawlessly. My son will grow with Trophy Club Pediatrics.

My kids have visited twice now. The first was a routine well-child checkup for my son, which was covered by my insurance. However, since I asked the doctor to take a look at some redness on my sons feet, and he wrote a prescription (for an over-the-counter medication!), he charged my insurance for a regular sick-visit, as well. I did not have a co-pay at the time, so I had to pay $100 for that visit, which was not discussed at the time of the visit. Then the second visit was for both of my kids, and I called beforehand and was told it would be about $100 for each child again. Well they billed my insurance $170 per child, which resulted in a $197 bill after my insurance covered what they were supposed to cover. I called several times to dispute this charge, and received rudeness from the nurse and no help from the doctor. I am not paying this amount. I would NEVER have brought my kids in for a sick visit for this ridiculous price, when I couldve gone down the street and paid $30 each. This should be a total of $80 for both kids, not $197!!!!

Awful experience! Myself, wife, 2 yr old and 5 month old spent 2 hrs in s tiny room for a 15 min appt. Then the dr seemed annoyed that my 2 yr old is being inpatient. Also, the nurse scratched my 5 month old with a needle while giving him a shot causing him to bleed. Then in top of that the office failed to send my kids prescription to the pharmacy which he needed badly over the weekend. They closed early and when trying to call the after hours phone number they wanted to charge us $25. We are just extremely disappointed and was hoping for better out of a Drs office in Trophy Club.

The most attentive pediatrician Ive ever known! Dr Charles takes his time with my two kids, I dont feel rushed and he even asks them questions directly and listens to whatever they tell him, which make the kids feel valued. His recommendations are made out of genuine concern and I dont feel like hes just telling me what I want to hear. The staff are always courteous. My kids love him and I definitely believe that weve found a pediatrician for keeps. I absolutely have no regrets switching from Cooks Childrens to his practice. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love Dr. O! He has great bedside manners, always willing to listen to every concern and thoroughly explain what is going on with my daughter, always very concerned about her health and well being. Willing to squeeze paitents in in an emergency, fantastic staff. Recently moved to California and I still fly my family out to have my kids seen just by him because he is that amazing. I cant say enough good things about this office and everything they do.

Dr. Onyeama is very thorough. He listens and ask relevant questions. I can feel his sincerity and I like that he also asked questions to my son. I am very happy to meet him. He made my son feel better. After 2 doctors and lots of cough medicines and antibiotics from my sons previous drs, I am very thankful that he is now feeling much better taking the right medicine prescribed by Dr. O. God bless and more power!

Front desk girl was so unprofessional: lacked communication skills, had horrible phone etiquette, and acted as if she did not want to be bothered. People with later appointments were seen before I was; I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen but there were hardly any patients in the office. The only saving grace is the doctor but I the wait was an hour and a half just to see him. I will never return!

Dr O is wonderful and really takes time to understand the needs of my children. We have had a very pleasant experience each time we go for a doctors visit....even for shots:) He has a calm demeanor which makes the children feel extra comfortable. I have little children both under the age of 5 and I am looking forward to watching them grow at trophy club pediatrics!!! #ProudMomof2 #TCPRocks

This doctor just told me you cannot get Malaria in the US and hes not going to test my children for strep because it is like asking to test for Malaria. He said Strep is only an issue if it progresses to Rhumatic fever and it doesnt necessarily have to be treated. He also said a bacterial infection doesnt come with congestion... I will never take my children here again.

Dr. Onyeama is very experienced, patient and detailed in his examination, treatment and advice. We trust his clinical judgment. We are extremely pleased with the care he provides to our 22 month old since birth. We are SO blessed to have him. We highly recommend him to any family in need of a great pediatrician for their child/children.

Dr. O treats my children with respect. He is calm and serious and never condescends to them. He has helped us with a variety of issues all over the spectrum. Not to mention that his practice is open late for working parents which is respectful to me! So happy to have found this practice.

The Doctor is caring. There is 1 pediatrician on staff, so he has a pretty good connection with his patients (young and old). I like that you actually get to see the pediatrician and not a fill in Doctor. My kids love it so I love it #HappyMom
