Our small breed was experiencing vomiting and dehydration and we brought him in to stay overnight. He was admitted by a receptionist with a promise that the doctor would look at him and call us back. The day went by and no call. This was on a Saturday so they were closed for the the weekend. No communication. They dont even know the details of whats wrong with him and hell be in their care with no communication for the next 48 hours. There has never been any bedside manner to speak of from these doctors and now this. Completely unacceptable. We will be going to Rippowam from now on where weve been treated professionally and kindly and that theres some acknowledgement that these are beloved animals that theyre dealing with and not power tools.

I dont think I have ever spoken with someone quite as rude as the receptionist I spoke with this morning. After going here for over two years, I was so repulsed by the receptionist that I actually called another vet and switched immediately after I got off the phone with them. The vets are very good, but they have lost my business because of the receptionist.

WONDERFUL vets! we had to have our 18 year old cat put down and they made it as easy as possible for us and our cat - very caring and loving. We got 2 kittens, and they are being taken care of beautifully by the staff and doctors.
