Save yourself the trouble. The office staff is a mess, they have no idea what theyre doing in there. The practitioners come and go more frequently than the patients, and the one that has stuck around the longest hasnt a clue whats going on with her patients. And dont even get me started on billing. Even if you specifically tell them what to do to avoid complications, you will continuously get billed when it should be going to your insurance. I wont go into specifics, but absolutely nothing went right the year I went to this office. It was a huge waste of my time. Thank goodness I have insurance and didnt waste any of the money out of my bank account. (My mother also tried this office for a year, and her experience was much the same. Unfortunately for her, she requires two visits a month and actually had to pay some out of pocket for their lame excuse of care.) My recommendation , go somewhere else or treat yourself for any medical aliments.

I have never had a bad experience here . Both Dr.K and Dr. Brian both listen to me , validated my feelings, and helped me to the best of their ability. Ive been sick for 3 weeks with a awful virus and both times got me a apt within 2 hours!!
