Ive been here many times in the last 5 years. It just gets worse and worse. The person that I saw for a routine health complaint just said she would send over two prescriptions, one antibiotic and one for symptoms. Wasnt even going to explain what they were, side effects, risks, etc. So I said I didnt want the one for the symptoms (which she still tried to convince me to take, I said no!) and asked which antibiotic she was planning to prescribe. I told her I wasnt comfortable with that one and asked for a different one at which point she got a horrible attitude and treated me like I was crazy and then rushed me out the door. I ended up calling them back to request a different antibiotic and the person just essentially told me to take what was prescribed and call back if there was a problem and then she hung up on me. On a separate note, one of the doctors there was recently let go for admitting to sexually assaulting a patient. Im not going back here again. I will find another place where patients are treated with understanding and respect.

I brought my boyfriend here for a very irritated rash in an uncomfortable place. A physicians assistant with a cake face (an awful lot of makeup) took one look and wrote out a prescription for a cream telling him it would give him relief, no explanation as to what might have caused the rash, what the cream had in it, or if there were potential side effects. We asked if he should take the night off work (Hes a cook in a kitchen. Its hot and he gets really sweaty. He didnt want the rash to get more infected.) She insisted he could go to work immediately. We picked up the prescription and applied it immediately. It instantly caused a burning sensation, so we went back to ask if thats supposed to happen and she said " Youve got to be kidding me." So we just left. Hes still experiencing a burning sensation, and doesnt have a note that will allow him to call out. Needless to say we are NEVER going back there again. "A. Keck, PA" was cold and impatient. She provided horrible care and potentially made his problem worse.

I brought my son in after he hurt his ankle playing baseball. They kept me waiting for two hours had a physicians see me and then sent me next-door to the orthopedic urgent care. I am furious that they did not refer me there first, instead they kept me waiting for two hours charge me a co-pay an office visit and then sent me to the appropriate place where I shouldve been In the first place. For anyone else who has an orthopedic injury....do not go to them. Go to Hartford Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Risinger. I will be filing a formal complaint about ProHealth.

First time I went was a positive experience the doctor saw me I explained the situation and I got a prescription. I just went in today for the same reason I told them that my first appointment with my new Dr was in a couple of weeks and they tell me they could see me but cannot help me with any medicine not even Tylenol. I have been suffering from my situation for several years and its not like this is a habit of going for emergency care. If you cannot help someone what is the point of seeing them? I recommend the ER if this is to be expected.

Recently moved to Manchester, called in to see if I could set up an appointment as a new patient. They asked my what insurance I had (Cigna) and hung up without explanation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back in. Once they realized I was the same person they hung up again. Called one more time and they pretended they couldnt hear me. So hopefully you have better insurance than me apparently.

This place is terrible. They give you the worst attitude for no reason. And they question me when I needed a doctors note for my job. And they said I would be able to return to work. Clearly they dont know or understand what it feels like to be extremely sick and still go to work?!? That same day I threw up too. So thank you for your terrible attitude and lack of caring.

I have gone twice for a walk in. Was seen on time both times. Saw the same doctor each time he was nice. He even remember why he saw me a few months back. Now thats someone who cares about more then just a pay check.

I had a great experience with one of the Physicians Assistants (actually two of them). My son needed last minute physicals for camp and school, and he is a tough patient. They were terrific with him.

Just hate this place. Uncourteous staff, be it support staff or front desk. Even the doctors are not that great. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I will not return to this place ever again
