I went there after being told I needed a referral from my general family doctor to see my ongyn from the hospital because I had a cyst. I explained to the girl on the phone my insurance didnt go through until sept 1 and she said it was not a problem it was only two weeks away. I waited two weeks for the apt to arrive and they told me they couldnt see me until sept 1 st. I offered to pay out of pocket and the office manager told me they would not be able to help me there anyway. They turned me away knowing I had a legitimate medical emergency. They were extremely rude while I stood there crying hysterically. I will never recommend them to anyone and I am reporting them to New York State.
