The people at the reception desk are unprofessional, rude and always seem to be unhappy. I recently had a workers comp issue, and I was in a lot of pain, flustered and upset and instead of them keeping calm and explaining in detail about why they could not see me, they blew up on me. This was my first time having to deal with workers comp, and nobody explained to me just exactly how it worked. The doctor never called me back after I had asked for her to. Two days went by and the manager called me instead. I called her back, but she was unavailable and she still has yet to return my call about what happened, and that was almost 3 or 4 days ago; which is fine because I will not be returning as a patient anymore. Three bad times is enough for me. So they can go ahead and brush it under the rug all they want to. This is my third bad experience with them. I feel they do not take patient care seriously. I do not recommend that anyone new go to see them, and would advise people who are not new patients to be careful. Some time ago, they were good, but now I have nothing good to say about the office.

I moved to Dover ~2 years ago and chose Southside because they had relatively good reviews and because their office was close to my place of employment. I cant complain about their doctors (they seem rushed, but provide relatively good service), but their office staff, in particular one older woman who seems to be the office manager, is INCREDIBLY rude. She assumes she knows everything and will not even allow you to speak before she starts demanding your information. She cuts you off, and talks to you like you are trash. If you choose this place as your PCP, keep an eye out for this woman when you are in the office waiting, you are sure to see her on the phone being rude to customers.

Dr. Horn, and both PAs (Kate and Allison) are wonderful. They listen and provide efficient, quick and helpful assistance. This is very much appreciated when youre feeling really ill. I could do without some of the staff members - especially the skinnier blond woman! soooo rude. But seeing Dr. Horn or one of his PAs is worth putting up with a little attitude.

Been coming to this practice for 20 years. Always compassionate, quality care. I see Joe was not happy at not getting prescription refills but Ive been told that the insurance companies wont cover without a visit justifying it. I have no complaints with this practice. They have grown, but still have good service.

The staff here are pleasant and friendly. I absolutely love the PA Allison, she is amazing. I have never encountered a problem at Southside and I have been going there for over 3 years now. PA Allison always addresses my needs every visit. I would recommend this office to friends and family.
