Sick Sickly

After 16 years as a patient I was discharged (not sure yet if it was legally or illegally) It took them a year and a half to send my records to my new doctor and myself and even then they did not send all of my chart that I had requested. I had to file a complaint with the OCR for HIPPA violation because they have information that should not be in my regular medical chart, failed to send my records within 60 days again a violation, did not properly chart information and then sent this information to disability which in turn got me denied. They do not properly diagnose, treat, document, or follow HIPPA guidelines! Stay away after being a patient for 16 years and working for this company I now realize just how badly they have ruined my life medically, psychologically, and personally. My mom who was a patient longer has since left as well! They do not follow up on irregular labs, refer to specialists when needed. The list just goes on and on if I could give advice to anyone for the betterment of their life it would be to stay away from The Wright Center for Primary care I have been a patient and worked behind the scenes I know that you are only a number to them and they are morally wrong for many of their practices!

Noone knows how to answer a phone, or call you back. I have had a headache for 3 weeks (figured it wouldnt be there one morning), but now I cant handle it anymore and I have called there 3 times this morning to get an appointment for tomorrow. NOONE ANSWERS, NOONE CALLS BACK. I called them over the weekend, its a holiday so I get it but you would expect to be getting a call back on sometime this morning, correct? I gave them the number to call me back on and they dont call. maybe they dont listen? I know there is a woman there who is at the check out desk and she is VERY rude. Im almost positive Im not the only one being treated this way. I get they they are a doctors office and are busy. but when you have 5 people working in the front area there is NO REASON I shouldnt get a call back. If it werent for Dr. Bea-Maidana Moreno I wouldnt even be taking my children there.

I went in to register for the first time, the young woman who took care of me was very proficient, professional, and polite. They asked me go to the waiting area to be called for my appointment, my butt didnt even hit the chair and they came for me. I had no wait time between seeing the assistant and the Dr coming in to see me. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The girl who scheduled my next appointment was just as awesome.

I love this place, if it werent for them I would have never got the help that I need with the right specialist. I wont lie I went thro alot of doctors til I found the right one for me at the wright center. You have to have patients bc not everyone has good days at the doctors office but their doing what they can. As for them using an answering service maybe theirs high call volume so they need it.

We have been trying to get the medical records for me and my wife for the last 2 weeks and having a very very hard time to speak to the right resources. We have given so many messages in the customer care to call us back but we never got the call. This place is really bad and please stay away from your medical needs. You will end up getting more blood pressure bcos of their worst service.

Worst place ever! Switched Dr offices, because my Dr their at the time referred me to an ENT said thats where all my migraines and headaches where coming from. He neglected to tell me about my brain tumor I have or to do an mri which is where they found the second brain tumor and cause of my head aches all the time! I wouldnt send my worst enemy there!

The Wright Center in archbald PA Has no empathy and sympathy. They do not write referrals. They do not treat Mental Health. And neglected to do anything for a child that has Suicidal Thoughts. My child age 10 was having suicidal thoughts in April 2016. NOW JANUARY 2017, never once was a referral made for my child.

Horrible! They have a "new" service... They never take phone calls. They have an answering service that answers the phone and they give a message to the office. You are lucky to get a call back. I loved my sons last two doctors but they both left. Needless to say, I will be switching doctors office.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is impossible to make an appt. dealing with there call center. I asked for them to leave me a messege with a time since I missed there call 3 times due to being at work. They cannot perform that simple task. This place is a joke. Get a secretary

Ive been going to this office for 7 years and they have been declining since they moved to the big office. They NEVER answer the phone, NEVER return calls and all they care about is making money . you become a lab rat for the medical college. I would never send anyone here

My previous rhemeotoligst never even thought to send me for an ADVISE test. When I came here, I was seen within 10 minutes. My previous rheumatologist would take a minimum of 2 hours. Every time I come here I never feel rushed. I would recommend Dr.Ramoss team to anyone.

I personally think this place is a joke. I have been calling for an apt for my kids and myself for over a half a month. They dont return my calls or answer their phones. I dont like this Drs office and would definitely will not refer anyone to go here.

I personally like this office. I think Alicia is a very good doctor. Yes sometimes it is frustrating with getting in touch with them but they are fantastic doctors. I always get in the day I call.
