The most incompetent group of people I have ever had to interact with in my entire life. I had to go back and forth between my doctor from home and the student health center for two weeks until they finally refilled my prescription and they kept giving me the wrong information and complicating things that should be easy for a basic medication. Finally when I got my prescription form filled out the doctor said I had to take care of it myself, and then when I called the people that send me my prescriptions they said the doctor had to fax over the form, not me. If youre a Georgetown student find another doctor in DC. Do not go to the student health center. Theyre terrible.

They have an automated line with absolutely no way to speak to a human being to get basic information about dental coverage. I tried all 8 options--none of them lead you to a human being who could probably have cleared up my question in 5 minutes or less, rather than the twenty I spent calling. For what they charge for tuition, Georgetown is certainly disrespectful of its students.

Pretty sure one can put a one star for terrible customer service and GUSHC will never know, and if they checked this site, they couldnt care anyway. Would Harvard do this to their students?

I always see a doctor in a timely fashion. The staff is very kind to me. My doctors are knowledgeable and care about my well being.
