Awful experience. The waiting room was so packed people had to stand. It had an extremely offensive odor. 1hr 10 min wait, I was taken to a room where a gal was. No introduction, no eye contact & I didnt know what was going on. She was so rude while asking the same questions Id written on forms. I shouldve left then. Put in an exam rm where I was asked health history. (that Id already written). More waiting. Now a doc. assistant or N.P. saw me. Keep in mind this was all taking so much time. Then a man came in. I didnt know who he was. He examined me, stated his diagnosis, treatment plan. I then asked when would I see the doctor? He said he WAS the doctor. He was NOT the doctor I was referred to or requested. He was very angry that Id wasted his time... even though I didnt KNOW he was a doctor! When the correct doctor saw me, he had a different diagnosis but the same treatment plan. Injections under sedation. Beware... I have a feeling this is status quo. I have no insurance and its very expensive. It got worse from there. Ill not go back. Id spent over 3 hours being jockeyed around & treated horribly. It was so intimidating and emotional. When youre in so much pain & have that kind of experience, its hard to hang on to hope. I was in tears when I left. If you go- prepare to spend half a day there and dont mind being treated like cattle.

Dr. Ramos has no interest in anything other than making money. He treats his patients like cattle - everyone is the same & everyone gets the same treatment plan - steroid injections under sedation or numbing the nerve endings by injection (and under sedation). There is no follow up communication with Dr. Ramos EVER. Expect to see him ONCE w/ a ton of staff on your initial visit & then you get passed off to a random PA with no explanation. The only time youll see this doctor is if you get a procedure done and even then he doesnt even come in until just as youre getting sedated and hes gone by the time you are awake. This place is a disgrace and an insult to sufferers of chronic pain. Dr. Ramos is arrogant, rude, incompassionate, & cold. Terrible place, terrible doctor.

I have been going to see Dr Ramos for almost one year. In Oct 2015 I became unable to move my neck with out pain. I started talking to the Dr around May 2016 because I could not move my neck at all. He did several test and found out I could have the Radiofrequency injections. Well Dr Ramos did that and I can now move my neck freely with out Pain. He is always so nice and kind. I think he is a gift from God. I respect him very much. His staff is the Best. Wendy is exceptional. The whole staff is Great. From the time I walk in the door I feel taken care of. Thanks to all of you. Love, Linda LaTessa

I have been using Dr. Ramos practice for approximately 5 years. I find them most helpful, caring and very knowledgeable. Usually, I see Janine, who is wonderful. All the nurses are great, efficient and friendly. I have been a patient in both the Bradenton practice and now go to the Sarasota practice. I have to say that they are always busy but friendly, helpful. I see people who suffer from all sorts of pain in the waiting room and have shared stories with them. I have fibromyalgia and they help me with my daily pain and discomfort. They are professional and wonderful people.

I had to take my mother who is on oxygen to see doctor delgado. We arrived at 120 for a 145 apt. The receptionist stated there were 2 people ahead of us. We are still wanting at 235 and have not even gone back to the room. Even though my mom was brought a new oxygen tank she also needs to keep her physical therapy apts. This office has no consideration for their patients time and realllly needs to work on their over scheduling issues.

I have been going there for years because of its proximity to where I live and apparently the state forces you to use these places for that level of medication. The waiting room is always packed and usually you can expect to wait up to an hour after your appointment time before you get to see anyone, just to be treated rudely. If I could get my pain meds somewhere else close by I certainly would.

You usually have to wait over an hour for an appointment. The doctors do spend probably 10-15 minutes with you. The waiting room was standing room only for a while. The room is dark and depressing. The only positive is that the doctors do seem to care. I didnt even have my vital signs taken but there was an electronic bp cuff in the room. I dont know how other pain doctors are.

Made an 88 yr old woman wait over an hour and a half for a procedure they asked us not to be late for or else they would cancel. Then moved us into aroom to make her wait even longer. Suzi was nice and compassionate though.
