I went to see Dr. Lilly Moore for an ingrown toenail. Dr. Moore is a person of few words. It was hard to get much information from her as to alternatives and possible results. The treatment was adequate, but for all three appointments, I was kept waiting for more than an hour. This is a sign of a poorly managed practice. I see several doctors, and others take me more or less on time. It is not respectful to patients regularly to be so behind schedule.

People should be warned about this place. She cant remember what she scheduled appointments for. She told me and another doctor she had scheduled a MRI that she never scheduled. Admitted it, and was unapologetic. I may need surgery that could have been avoided. Moore foot and ankle made many serious errors during my injury. Go anywhere else.

Had surgery to fix a very bad and painful situation. Dr. MOORE was absolutely wonderful! It could not have gone better. If you need help from a true professional, who takes his time to explain things to you... this is the place! :-)

OVERBOOKED! Every single visit takes WELL over an hour to actually see the doctor...which is such a slap in the face and disrespectful to the patients time. I am giving up on them.
