Dr.Kroll is a horrible doctors office. Look elsewhere! Do not go to this office. Office is the worst. Multiple problems with them during the few years my family went there. Kept telling myself to find a new doctor but procrastinated and cost me over $1000 because of it. I had told nurse practitioner a few days earlier that I was having women issues then a few days later when I had stomach pain instead of doing a simple pee test they sent me to Spring Hill regional hospital for expensive tests because she thought I had a appendicitis. Two days later, double over in my bed still, I called for test results they said all test were “negative.” Advised I was still in terrible pain and it was getting worse. THe nurse put me on hold then came back and advised that Dr. Kroll said “If you’re in that much pain go to the ER.” Apparently, he does not like to be questioned or told he’s wrong when they can’t figure out what is wrong with a patient! Anyways, I go to the ER, first thing the ER asks is did Dr. Kroll’s office test my urine? Advised “No.” They do a pee test and was a urinary tract infection that had gotten so bad during the wait period of Dr. Kroll’s misdiagnoses that they could see blood in pee without any special tests or microscopes. (I had never had a UTI before so did not know about the pain, symptoms, etc...) The ER doctor was totally disgusted with Dr. Kroll’s office! He told me I should say something to them and make them pay for all the tests I had had a few days earlier due to their malpractice!!! I told the doctor they probably wouldn’t pay and it would e a fight and costs more in legal then the $1000+ I put out. He then shook his head in disgust and stated “Well next time they want to send you for expensive tests or to the ER tell them to do a simple urine test first!!!!” BY the way during all of this I also missed a week of work!!!!!!! Also when we would go there they would never take vitals on any of us???!!! What office doesn’t take vitals???!!! That should have been a huge sign right there!!!! Anyways there are more things to review like the screw up on my dad and husband but that will be for another post as this one is long and I’m short of time. Oh yeah, and the kicker when I finally had had enough and changed office then they wanted to charge me $ for them to fax my medical records to the new doctors office. I know in FL if I ask for the records they charged but usually if going to a new doctor office they show professional courtesy to the new doctor office and there is no fee. But this office has no medical sense and No professional courtesy. Absolutely Terrible!!!DO yourself & your health a favor and avoid Dr. Kroll like you would the plague!

I have not seen Dr. Kroll yet, I have an upcoming appointment. I was referred by Dr. Lis assistant at the Florida Cancer Ctr and by my daughter in law, who is just starting to see him. She spoke very nice about her visit and said Dr. Kroll took his time to listen to her concerns. I went to pick up the new patient pamphlet & to fill out the paper they have you fill, and the office staff was friendly. Its a beautiful clean place. Very impressed. I have been searching for a good family doctor, I pray that he will be the one. As hes being my 4th one in my 12 years living here in Spring Hill. I will soon write of my fist time visit with Dr. Kroll. I hope Ill have nothing but nice positive things to say of him. Sadly to say, HE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! no manners, was rude to me, seem he was in a bad mood. Even told me I was old and what did I expect with psoriatic Arthritis. he said I will be in a wheel chair, what did he want me to do and WHAT WAS I THERE TO SEE HIM FOR!!!!!!! Then the front desk asked him when does he see me again, he yelled from the other room, I dont have to, only if she has any concerns!!!! I was shocked. not surprised, as this is spring hill ,and all the primary doctors Ive been to have been horrible. Dr. Kroll is my 3rd primary Ive tried seeing since my insurance wont let me see my first Primary Dr. Menezes who was wonderful. I give up.. very sad. Im still sick with conditions that are getting worst, still looking for another primary. Beth Philips if you consider this attitude a good sense of humor yours must suck too!!!! sorry to say. But he treated me horrible!!!! Maybe hes going thru some personal issues who knows, but he shouldnt take it to work with him. His patients should be his priority. We are PAYING for our services...

Well, I chose this doctor because he was young and I felt that he would know the newest techniques and have the freshest information. Upon entering, he said, “Yeah! A young patient!”. Then he reviewed my chart and said that because I was on one prescription that I was booooring… So far, I was thinking this doctor is odd. So then he stops and looks at me and says point blank, “You’re going to die.” So I was thinking – well, maybe he just tells his patients things like that so that they live their life to the fullest while they are alive. Then I figured out – that I’ve never had anyone in my life say anything like that to me. So after pausing for awhile he said that I would live another 50 years and maybe even 70. After my PERFECT EKG – I still wonder why a doctor would say something like that to someone who is perfectly healthy. Nonetheless – As soon as I get the results of my blood work I will be changing doctors – to someone who says I am healthy and leaves the “You’re going to die” part out of it. We all know we’re going to die at some point in our lives – who wants to be reminded of it when they’re getting an annual physical?

This doctor was my PCP when I was 15. I hadnt been feeling well and my mom had been taking me here. After many tests and lots of blood work still no answer. He always just said "your white blood count is very high and your RBC is very low". Well....being 15 I figured it was nothing to worry about. Shortly after I got to the point where I couldnt take it anymore. I told my mom at midnight to take me to the er. I was crawling around my house from lack of energy. I just knew something was very wrong. I spent five minutes with the er doctor. He said my spleen was enlarged. Next thing I knew I was on an ambulance being rushed to all childrens hospital in st Pete. From that point everything happened so fast. Long story short...I had leukemia. Now I am 28 and I wonder how can a dr not know something was terribly wrong with those blood test results? I would never take my children or anyone for that matter to him. Run while you have the chance otherwise this guy could kill you from lack of knowledge.
