After finally being able to take part in semi affordable health insurance I was happy to find a new doctor! I have had many minor health concerns that had been neglected far to long due to my lack of insurance. I called to inquire about becoming a patient with the family health centers. I had done some research however it is hard to just choose a doctor based on an online profile. They asked me how I would like to see and I said I didnt know and asked for recommendations. They acted like that was the first time anyone had ever asked that question, they told me to choose a doctor and call them back with no advise or recommendations. I asked them to just give me the next opening they had and I would see how I liked that doctor. I am not a picky person, but I do think being in a doctors office can make most people feel pretty uncomfortable in the first place, I just really wanted a doctor that would listen and make me feel comfortable. My two year olds doctor is so nice and bubbly and explains how your body works and why things happen. Its just a nice experience there and I was looking for something similar. I DID NOT GET WHAT I WANTED. The doctor asked me what he could do for me. I had multiple things to ask him. I had him look at a spot on my leg that had been hurting me and had grown into what looked like a small cist. He insisted it was a wart and tried to freeze it off. It hurt so so bad but I was glad he could remove it and it wasnt anything serious. About two months went by and it never fell off it proceeded to hurt worse and worse. I ended to going to another doctor because I was so concerned. TURNS OUT I WAS A CANCER SPOT! THIS DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT THE CANCER SPOT I HAD TO EVENTUALLY HAVE REMOVED WAS A WART!! Words cannot express my anger here. I also spoke with the doctor about my mild acne issue. I asked him if he could refer me to a dermatologist. He told me no, that he needed to try to treat it before he referred me to someone else. Understandable, he gave me some cream that basically peeled the skin off my face. Its was awful, I called to see if he could refer me since it didnt help me it just burnt my face off... They told me I would have to come in and they could try another treatment. No way! This is seriously they worst establishment I have ever ever been to please for your own health and love of your own body DO NOT LET THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE TREAT YOU!!

I went to one of the drs a year ago and did not quite have a good experience. The bedside manner showed that he didnt care to much about helping me out or talking with me. Honestly I didnt have a major issue with this I just called and asked to be switched to a new dr. So I set up an appointment with Dr, Goldie today. I have a child who hasnt been feeling well, so I spent the morning taking care of him and my appointment slipped my mind. When I called them 20 mins after my scheduled appointment, Dr. Goldie decided to drop me as a client. This was completely un-called for and I know it was because I said one of their drs didnt make me feel comfortable. I feel like this organization is very poor and do not care about people just getting their money. I would not recommend this practice. Especially if you care how you get treated. If I could give them zero stars I would. I hate that I have to give them the one star.

I definitely would NOT recommend this group. They are too big to actually give you adequate service....you will never see or speak with your doctor after your initial visit, they take over three days to get back to you regarding a prescription refill (hopefully your meds arent time sensitive), I called to get a recommendation from my doctor for a specialist and never heard back from anyone in the office (I finally spoke with someone 2 weeks later because I called, not them!), they lose prescriptions (you have to call several times in order to actually have it sent to the correct pharmacy). They only plus of this medical group being too large is that they have walk-in clinic hours in case you come down with something and dont have time to wait for a set appointment. I would go to a smaller medical group that actually cares and gives you personal attention! NOT the Family Health Centers....such a disappointment.

All of the actual medical professionals that I dealt with were great. I spoke with Michelle on the phone today and while trying to determine if I had a test scheduled or not she got frustrated and hung up on me! I called back and spoke with Diana who said she was the Office Supervisor, after explaining what happened she responded "So what do you want me to do about it?" I dont know... maybe have enough respect for the doctors that you represent and yourself to treat customers with a little bit of kindness? There are plenty of other options in the area.

I have been a patient of Dr Stewarts for a better part of 15 years. I have actually had to switch practices due to insurance but as soon as I could go back, I did. Dr Stewart has been the one to catch 3 major health crisis (one that could have killed me). I gave 4 stars because even though I am extremely happy with Dr Stewart and the medical staff I have encountered, the practices support staff needs adjustments. Sometimes they forget about it being a doctors office and treat people off the cuff.

went in for a wellness visit - covered by my insurance. made the appointment months in advance and i was clear this was my medical visit that was covered by basic insurance. i did not get an exam - instead was charged like i had come in for a doctors consult. $79. of useless. while the staff was nice - the actual experience was awful.

The physicians are terrific and really listen to you. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Their walk-in clinic for regular patients is great. If I need to be seen and my doctor is booked they will do their very best to fit me in with one of the other physicians, PA or FNP. I highly recommend this group to my friends.

These people are AWESOME ! I have been with them for many, many years. They are easy to work with and they accept Medicare. My Doctor is very attentive, thorough and Professional. I am very well pleased with this office and the Medical Team that works there. Thank you for all that you do on my behalf and others.

Love FHC. The Canton office is wonderful. Our kids see Dr Kurowski, but we have seen all of the docs at some point. As an RN for 12 years, I know without a doubt that this practice offers holistic and competent care. They are also willing to work with you on a vaccine schedule. Highly recommend!!!

Great doctors, terrible support. It can take ages to get an appointment, they wont contact you if they have to reschedule, and they lose prescriptions. Once you get to see the doctor, they are very kind and knowledgeable, but getting there and getting follow up--youre on your own.
