Dr. Love and her staff are very compassionate and friendly. They always took the time to make my dog, who is scared of everything, comfortable. They also made time to see her on short notice when taken ill. I really appreciated all of that. The reason I rate them as a three though is because they are over charging for services and did not address my dogs allergies adequately. Dr. Love prescribed some anti microbial wipes for my dog due to her skin folds. I thought the price seemed high, but i was shocked when I looked online later that day and saw them at multiple suppliers for FOUR times LESS then what she charged me. This happened again another time with a different product! Also, when i expressed concern about my dogs allergies she immediately prescribed the midst expensive dog food they sell. Never suggested any other avenues and it was very expensive. After several months there was no improvement with new diet and I was just told to continue it? At this point I decided to get a second opinion. I have since changed vets. My dogs allergies are now much better and so is my pocket book. I understand she has overhead, but everyone does, theres just no reason for such an upcharge. They are very nice people but my dogs health has improved with the changes recommended elsewhere.

I took my pup here for the first time yesterday and wow! What a wonderful experience! I have been taking my pets to the same vet for 20 years prior to this visit and after yesterday, I dont plan on taking my pets to anyone else from here on out. My lab mix has struggled with allergies for quite some time now and we really needed some help. Help is exactly what we received at Love Animal Hospital. The staff was very polite and helpful, doc. Took plenty of time to educate me on various options for treatment and showed a genuine concern for my pup and his well-being. In just 24 hours he has already shown tremendous improvement so I cant thank you all enough for your help! Deacon and myself send our thank yous! You have gained a new and permanent patient here.

I called the vet to see what might be a course of action for my Siamese, who has some serious behavioral issues. I got the receptionist, and I asked if I could speak with the veterinarian to see if this was something that he/she could deal with or if it was something that he might just be able to give me advice on (a treatment that couldnt be dealt with in an office visit). Not only would the receptionist refuse to let me speak with the vet (whether he was busy or not), but insisted that it would be a chargeable office visit - whether he could help or not. This reflects poorly on this business, and I wont be frequenting it anytime soon. It makes them appear money-hungry.

The people are very nice however my dog was misdiagnosed which almost cost her her life. Dog required hospitalization and IVs. Been there twice and every time they try and give you a bill in the $100s of dollars. I understand there is overhead but come on $69 for penicillin?? Nice people but I feel they want to rack up a big bill and take advantage of people who dont know better. Ended up going to another vet my dog received excellent care IVs for three days ultra sound x rays antibiotics the works $100 more than they wanted to charge me for just the office visit tests and antibiotics.

Amazing! From the minute I walked in. Friendly staff, clean and cute office... My pet and I were taken right back to a room where they asked many questions to get to know Oliver. Soon after, Dr. Love came in and talked with me. She went over ALL the options and possibilities. Very knowledgeable. Very sweet. Im very happy. Reasonable prices. I will be coming here for all my vet needs. I wish I would of found this place sooner.

Staff was afraid to hold my 7 lb dog. When person grabbed him and scared him, he snapped and she came out with a muzzle because he was "aggressive" , completely ended my trust and confidence level. Doctor was also more worried about cleaning the floor than acknowledging my pet. The pricing is also very high.
