I love this vet so much!!! It saved my one puppy jasmine my doxies life. She is a seizure pup. I have 7 pets and had others prior-that are currently deceased. They have provided care for many and all of my fur babies. I know in my heart no matter how bad my babies become sick or anything I always have trust that my fur babies are in good hands. I know this vet will always do their best. I always get great service been coming here for years. I would not go to any other vet because this place is truly loving -and the compassion that they have for each client-and fur babies makes this vet stand out. They always go above and beyond to care for my fur babies. This vet is truly more like family to me my extended family. Each staff member and drs-are amazing! You will not get the quality care or the love at any other vet!!! I know first hand this vet has been with me through good times and bad times with all my fur babies. I love the drs and staff members here I would not trade them in for the world. They will be my vet until all my fur babies pass-and I will always recommend this vet to all my friends and families. This vet has TRUE HEART-the name of the vet could not be more perfect-LOVING CARE!! I WANT TO THANK THE DRS/STAFF MEMBERS-for all their love and care to all my many fur babies! You each are my earth Angels in mine and my fur babies lives!! I will always consider you each as my extended family members-and my permanent home vet care place. Thank you all for some amazing years together-my babies would not be alive without you. You are the best vet in Pinellas County if there was an award for the best vet you all certainly deserve it!!! I love you guys. Bless each of you! Looking forward to many more years to come with you all. Forever in my heart you all will forever remain.

The staff is friendly as are the other pet parents that show up on site. I like their techs and the doctor was friendly as well. I also felt that their pricing was very reasonable! However, I will not use this hospital anymore for any of my pets. I recently adopted my first canine family member who had a RAGING ear infection. Massive discharge from her ears, swelling, redness, and the characteristic "yeasty," sour smell. The doctor, having taken a quick glance into her ears, dismissed my concerns. I was unsure why they didnt offer to run a sample on her ear discharge for proper diagnosis and missed the opportunity of an additional up charge on our bill! I was disappointed that my concerns werent addressed and went to another hospital for a second opinion the same day to ensure that nothing had a chance to get any worse. She was diagnoses with a very high yeast and bacteria count and has been on medicine which has improved her symptoms. Unfortunately, I cannot trust the staff here to make a proper diagnosis for my furry family members and with the plethora of qualified, high-rated hospitals in our area I will be using another doctor from this point on. I hope to see improvements on their scores and maybe I would consider using them again...?

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL METHOD OF ATTRACTING WORKERS I HAVE EVER WITNESSED! The person I communicated with did me the biggest favor by giving me a taste of what it must be like for employees! When prompted for more information about the open position, the representative refused to provide ANY details without a complete resume including all my personal data. Keep in mind that they are attempting to recruit potential employees that will be handling sensitive client information that must be kept confidential. When I expressed concerns about providing information to an unknown and non-disclosive entity I was informed that my "Inability to follow directions set forth in the ad precludes you from being a desirable hiree." This ad failed to contain even the establishments name. Only through thorough research was I able to confirm Loving Care Animal Hospital was the source of the listing. After what I witnessed I would never feel comfortable allowing a friend of mine to take their pet to LCAH for treatment.

I absolutely love LOVING CARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. They were recommended to me by a friend who is a K-9 officer with PCSO as they care for the police dogs also. That alone speaks volumes. !! If the police trust them with their dogs I was definitely going to try them. I was impressed by the kindness and care they showed both myself and both of my dogs (Freckles and Chanel). They were thorough and helpful answering questions and giving helpful advice. They took their time and made us all feel welcome. When my older dog ( Freckles) needed surgery they were wonderful and compassionate, I couldnt have asked for anything more . After trying a few different local vets I am so much happier here and can say that they truly care about all their patients. I highly recommend them..no assembly line vet care here ,.only individual compassionate care at its finest :)

I am so happy with the experience I recently had at Loving Care Animal Hospital. Previously, I took my fur-babies to another vet, out of sheer convenience (it was literally a minute from my house). However, every time I went there it was a struggle, for several reasons. So, in search of a new veterinarian, I was referred to Dr. Richard. I am sooo glad I decided to make that appointment! Dr. Richard and his staff are friendly, kind, and knowledgable. My dogs have always acted scared and ready to dash out the door at the previous vet; not at Loving Care Animal Hospital... here they were happy and at ease the whole time, thanks to the amazing staff! I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone! Did I mention how clean and professional the waiting room and patient spaces are?! Thank you, Dr. Richard, you have a life-long customer!

I met Dr. Richard 5 yrs ago this week. My 12 yr old cocker was having a problem with his foot. After a hearty laugh about our last name ( my last name is Dinon - no relation at all) he kept Nesbitt for testing --- sadly the tests came back with bad news - he had cancer. We went straight to work amputating his toe and getting him treatment. Dr. Richard and his staff gave me unconditional support as I worried him through his healing process. I got 3 more years with old Nesbitt - he passed away in August of 2013. I doubt that would have happened if we had not met Dr. Richard that January morning. Today I brought my new little girl to meet him as her new Vet - the highest review of trust in my book. Thank you Dr. Richard and Loving Care Animal Hospital for all of your great care and love of animals.

I have been bringing my pets to Loving Care since 2001. Dr. Richard Dinon and his staff are always very kind and caring and it is a pleasure to see him and his staff. Dr. Richard and his staff recently saved my kitty Stellas life when she had a liver infection. I knew if she had a chance to survive this illness, it would be Dr. Richard and his staff that could save her. Their kindness and compassion for both Stella and I was very much appreciated. They were very informative and guided me through every step needed to help Stella. If you love your pets and only want the best care for them, I highly recommend you take them to Dr. Richard Dinon and his staff at Loving Care Animal Hospital. You will be very happy you did, and so will your pets.
