i have three children two of the toddlers, the doctors none of them took the time to correctly diagnose two of them, my daughter has been diagnose wrong twice one time i had to take her to an after hours pediatrics because she had an ear infection in BOTH OF HER HEARS can you believed that, and they didnt found that when i took her in this office, my son he is four and i took him because he had high fever for three days and it wasnt going down and they told me that he was fine it was just a normal cold, that night he started shaking and vomiting because of the cough and still with very high fever so i took him to a after hours pediatrics and he had a throat infection that REQUIRED antibiotics, that was IT i am now done with them. they are incompetent they dont care about the childrens health only about how many children they can SEE day, is RIDICULOUS, i dont recommended to anyone check for a pediatric that has excellent reviews because as a mother my childrens health is the most important thing in this world seeing them healthy and in excellent care " dont close your options"

Im very disappointed with this location. Ive a member for more than 4 years withy two girls and although I love Doctor Patel the way the office runs is not the way it should. The wait time is rediculess and the nurse call back time if youre child is sick and you want to know what to do is unbelievable. Youre better off taking your child to the ER because it will be about the same time of wait. Also they charge you a $25 fee for missing appointments no matter what!

Dr. Mona Patel is okay, but I DO NOT recommend Dr. Vipin Mandrietta. First, he said that if you dont like being touched you have Autism, & then he put us through a whole process that costed a ton because he said that lower abdominal pain was "definitely a appendicitus". Luckily, the surgeon checked before surgery began. (Turned out to be Mesenteric Adenitis, an infection in the lymph nodes."

The doctor had terrible bedside manner, was not caring about my child and was rude to me. Also, they missed a case of strep which landed my child in the ER. When I called to report this to them they said I should have brought him back there if I had concerns. Please take your child somewhere else, there are many pediatricians in the Clermont area.

I love it here! The environment is clean and also very child oriented.. I have 3 boys that see Dr. Mendiratta! All the doc. Are knowledgeable and yhey arent afraid to ask a co worker for a secound opinion if needed! Very much a tighy knit crew!
