I would highly recommend Dr. Bennett to anyone who is looking for a pediatrician within the Westlake area. My wife and I were from out of town and visiting family when our 8 month old son got sick. Dr. Bennett agreed to see my son even though we would be a one time patient as were not from Ohio. He gave my son a full and comprehensive exam and took the time to make sure both my wife and I were doing okay and to reassure us our son would be okay (he had a double ear infection). He took the time to answer any and all of questions and his staff even followed up with us a few days after our visit to check on my son and make sure we were doing okay. It was very clear to me how much Dr. Bennett loves his job and the time and care he puts into every patient. I would highly recommend him and if my wife and I ever move to this area he will be first on the list for family pediatrician.

Doctor Bennett is a good doctor, but doesnt always address concerns well. His nurse practitioner that gets assigned for a lot of sick visits is the reason we changed. Not only was she rude, but incompetent and together that is a bad combination. The office hours are not convenient. Although they do have a 24hr line for the doctor. If you only see Bennett, and its not your first kid its probably a fine but avoid the nurse at all costs.

Good doctor but can not say the same thing for the office personnel. Especially, dont even bother to talk to Beth T. in the billing. She billed the "well check visit" as a "sick visit". She stubbornly insisted in her billing and we ended up paying the bill, not the insurance. Extremely disappointed!
