This place is not good. Ive been coming here for seven years and will use the excuse of Teddy being my first dog and I didnt know any better. Business as a whole is no good from front office to pet care. 1) Front Desk Staff very rude and inconsiderate. Used to be good, but those people came to there senses and left. 2) Extremely high turnover of Vets - Been going here for seven years and seriously can remember only one name..Dr. George, primarily because he always gave me the feeling like he was ripping me off with unnecessary prescriptions. Any Vet that seemed good, ultimately left. 3) You may feel like youre getting a deal with the wellness plan, but it doesnt really pay. If your dogs get sick, you are still going to pay through the nose to get treatment. And you should always have in the back of your mind whether or not you are actually getting good care in the first place, since this place cant seem to keep anyone on staff for more than 6 months. Oh, and if you want to cancel your Wellness Plan...Ha, it cost more to cancel than it does to pay it out over the term of the contract. After seven years and giving them the benefit of the doubt......Im out. Now to find a new Vet.....

Ive been going to this location for about 3 years, Dr. Cilmau was my dogs vet and I adore him, best doctor ever. But yesterday I look my 65lb English Bulldog to their facility to treat a ear infection and conjunctivitis. The Doctor that saw my dog is Dr. Svndor, shes probably the worst person Ive dealt with. First she didnt want to talk to me to explain what was wrong with my dog, not once did she come out to talk to me about what was going on with my dogs health. That has never happened before. Dr. Cilmau always took the time to come to his clients and explain the exams that were being done and how to treat it. She gave me some ear drops and eye drops. Mind you, my dog is 65, in pain and discomfort. He will not let me go near his ear. She didnt prescribe no antibiotics or anti inflammatory. I have no idea how Im going to treat this infection with ear drops alone when I cant even get him to lay still and let me touch his ear. This Dr. Svndor is a horrible Vet, Im going back to Dr. Cilmau wherever he is! Never going back there again!

I took my dog there 06 times (same issue), they couldnt find what cause her ear infection. I had to paid for a lot extra exams (of course). I think they just want your money and the doctors arent good doctors :( I was so tired of spend a lot money with this place, so, I decided to do a search online to find out answers for my dog ears infection and finally I found some good reviews about a cream. Decided to give it a try and purchased this cream by Amazon. Its been 03 months and my dog never had any problems anymore. Im so disappointed with these doctors. Dont waste your money there.

The doctors are okay but the staff up front needsto work on customer service. Every time I call or bring my dog, they are always very rude. I only go to this location as it is extremely convenient for me. If they can treat the person that pays the bills this poorly.....god only knows how they treat my dog behind closed doors. My dog will not be returning to this location.

I take my pets to this Hospital, they are conveniently located inside a Pet Smart store, the personnel has treat me and my cats well, if I need to cancel an appointment they are understanding, but most importantly they have taken good care of my pets. Thank you!

Easy place to take for the cats claws trimmed. They can be very fast but Ive never seen the same vet about my cats regarding any of their visits. This bothers me but I guess I dont have a choice.

Overall, everyone is very nice and helpful. Some doctors care a lot, other want to make more money. You can tell just by talking to them.
