Where to start.... I was actually contacted by one of my customers/vendors that he was setting up telephones for a new vets office in Davie. He put us in touch and I ended up getting to install the computers that they use at Pet Doctor of Davie. BEFORE THEY EVEN OPENED, I was so impressed with the attention to detail, and the amount of money they invested to get all of the nicest equipment for their work. Each exam room has a brand new Apple iMac computer with the latest vet software, which to me means a lot. Modern equipment = accurate diagnosis. Fast forward years later, they havent really called me for any problems because well... they set everything up the right way, and havent had any! No computer problems = more time for the animals!!! Anyways, enough about how we met. I called on Dr. Osti for a favor because my family dog, 12-year old Dakota, got a sudden case of diabetes. My moms vet that she used for Dakotas everything, wanted $5000+ for the week of "diabetes monitoring" before she could even give insulin to help treat her. They automatically said "if you cant afford it, bring her in so we can put her out of her misery". What a horrible thing to hear about your baby. We felt helpless, but I told my mom Dr. Osti is THE BEST and even though we havent used her before, we need to call her. Dr. Osti took Dakota in immediately, without a flinch, and for almost NOTHING $$$ saved her life. Shes getting old and has some other problems now that the diabetes is under control, but Dr. Osti has been there for me and my family over and over again. Today I brought my new dog, Cash, in for a checkup, since I just adopted him. Their office was so friendly, welcoming, clean and everything you want out of a vet. They told me Cash was in great shape and very thoroughly checked him out. Im elated with the service they provide, and I have recommended a ton of people to them (who have all reported back so happy). Thank you Dr. Osti and staff for everything!!!!

Brought a very thin and sickly feral cat here to be tested, and get some answers about the cats chances of survival. The vet was busy so I gave all my instructions to the receptionist. At one point the Dr. called and again I expressed my intentions to do blood work and see what is going on. Turns out when I went to pick up the cat later, all they did was sedate the cat and give her some antibiotics. I knew nothing more than when I had dropped her off in the morning. Even worse than that is, because I explained to the vet tech my disappointment in the treatment, the Dr. was so arrogant she would not even meet with me to discuss the situation. The staff is cold and insensitive, what they are good at is making sure they are paid before they even communicate with you. Their website advertises this place as a state of the art full service animal hospital.. however when I asked about keeping the cat overnight, I was informed it is not a hospital and there is no license to hold animals overnight. Avoid this place at all costs if you truly care about the health and welfare of your pet.

I was introduced to Dr. Osti when my poodle became ill while I was on vacation and my very conscientious pet sitter brought her in to Dr. Osti for treatment. I spoke on the telephone at length, while I was away, with Dr. Osti and her staff. They were patient, attentive and responsive. Yesterday, my dog had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Osti. I found Dr. Osti to be conservative in her approach and took time to explain what was going on with my pet. She was educating me. She is a skilled veterinarian with years of experience. She was also very clear about the cost of procedures and their necessity. My dog is well and I am very happy. This office has become my primary vet. The veterinary office is clean and new. I am always skeptical of people or places that receive 5 star reviews: in this case The Pet Doctor of Davie deserves the rating. Truly a positive experience.

Compassion, Professionalism, Sincerity I met Dr. Eileen Osti and her team over a twelve-day span. It coincided with the most difficult decision my family and I have ever had to make. In this short span of time I can only say that I am genuinely grateful to have had her and her team help me through what was a difficult decision. During every interaction, I was treated with respect, dignity and a graciousness that cannot be feigned. I have dealt with several Vets in my life but none was as caring and sincere as Dr. Osti. I would like to state emphatically that there is no other vet I would deal with in the future. Her and her staff are the real deal. Thank you, Carlos, Angie and Porsche.

If I could give this place -0 star I would. I CAll here becausenI was refered bt the Humane Society of Broward, I found a stray dog and I kept him but he needs to be stray so I got an SNIP voucher (free surgery by the Estate) when I called for this the person was obviosly obssed and didnt give a minute to ask her a question. She was sooo rude I have 4 other animals and I was planning to give them all their anual check here but imagine if this is how tjey are by the phone I cant imagine how they are with those poor animals in there. I still waiting a "call back" from 15 days ago Do yourself and your fury friend a favor and stay the hell away from this awful place

My pitbull was very ill and had been seen by another veterinarian who only seemed to be interested in how much money they could get out of me. So I made an appointment with Dr. Osti and it was the best decision Ive ever made!! From the moment I walked into her facilities the front desk staff, and everyone else there made sure my girl received the best care possible. They went above and beyond with diagnosing what was going on with my girl, provided excellent care, all meds, and even called me at home to make sure she was doing ok. I DONT trust anyone other then Dr. Osti with my dogs!!! She truly has a passion for what she does.

Terrible!!! Rude, condescending, untrustworthy, apprehensive, aggressive, ignorant, you name it. I saw the other reviews and thought this would be a great place for my 4-legged member of my family, but what a HUGE mistake! I was treated so poorly and with such horrendous customer service that I refuse to let anyone there touch my dog. I dont know who the positive reviewers are but they must be employees, family, or paid supporters because I really just dont see the "awesomeness". SPARE YOUR PET AND YOURSELF THE ABUSE!!!

The vet, Eileen Osti, was condescending, rude, and expensive. I tried to obtain medication and e-collar on my own for my puppy whod just been neutered and she refused to let me saying that that is how she can afford to charge so little through Humane Society spay/neuter program. Really??? So you charge significantly more for the medication so you can keep your practice lady?! And then get an attitude with me, a paying customer, on top of that?!!
