Office staff was extremely rude on 8/7/2017, I had lost my glasses and no eye insurance for this year so I was buying a cheap pair online. I had requested explanation of my prescription and asked to measure my PD, Pupillary Distance. The older big white lady responded "Sir!, were not going to help you buy your glasses online", I reiterated that I am a current patient and just need some assistance to buy a cheap pair that would last me until Jan 2018. She then responded, "Sir, just take a number and sit down!". Sorry to say but I WILL NOT be going back to Total Vision. Its a shame too because the doctor is awesome but his staff sucks!
