This was the worst experienced ever. I do not know where to start. Staffs are unknowledgeable with mediocre customer service skills. Their frames are overpriced even with insurance coverage. Staffs did not offer any fitting at the time of pick-up. When asked, she was only adjusted them with her bare hands. They also tried to sell us cases for glasses that we just purchased. They sell them at $3 each...LOL. I cannot believe this!!! We ended up taking them to be adjusted at Lens Crafters. Staffs there were night and day difference. We received full-attention customer services. All our needs were satisfied. I would highly NOT recommended anyone there!!!

Dr McIntosh is a studied professional, taking time to explain details of his diagnosis and providing insight into how conditions can be improved. His staff was courteous and polite and the retail inventory was typical for a private OD office. His gentle nature and jovial personality made it easier to discuss my own vision matters. I would highly recommend him to anyone serious about their vision and overall health related to eyesight.

I travel over 500 miles to see Dr. McIntosh. I moved away a few years back and have not found an eye doctor in my area that cares as much about their trade as does Dr. McIntosh. As a professional pilot, my eyes matter a lot to me, my clients, and my family. I am excited to have a doctor who understands how much my eyes matter. Thank you!

The price was amazing. They even refused to charge me for a follow-up appointment. The office staff are quite helpful and the Doctor is both laid back and knowledgeable. I really like this place, Ill be recommending it to everyone I know that is in need of contacts or their wide selection of glasses.
