Receptionist that assisted my daughter for her illness was very unprofessional: very rude when filling out new patient form, bad attitude and most of all I was told by the nurse to wait outside while my daughter was seen by the doctor and they even ranout of vaccine. My first impressions as a new patient was not pleasant.... Would not recommend! Recepcionista que asistio a mi hija es una grosera, no tiene profesionalismo ante paciente o persona leccionada. Mi hija fue por un accidente en su trabajo y la mandaron a este lugar que espero sea la ultima vez. NO me permitieron estar al lado de mi hija cuando esta tenia una herida y estaba nerviosa y sin ninguna explicacion documentada. Peor aun no tenian las vacuna. NO recomiendo esta clinica para nada......

Worst possible experience I have ever had with any doctors office I ever visited. the receptionist was rude with me, when I asked if I could speak with a manger. asked why do I need to speak with a manager. I told her I had been holding my pee for a very long time and needed to go and if I could have a cup to give a sample she said no there is a process and we dont do it like that. I have to put you in the computer first and then someone has to call you and that if I wanted to ask the 4 people in the waiting room if I could go in front of them. well its been an hour and no one still has not called me after sitting and holding my pee for over an hour before I got here.

I go here when I need a doctor and have had much better experience than these other reviews show. The office and nursing staff are very helpful. Dr. Palazzolo is my regular doctor and is a very no nonsense type doctor. She asks the questions to figure out the problem without a bunch of unnecessary tests. I recently went for my DOT physical and the PA Jackie did a great job!

IVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 20YRS WITH THE BVL CENTER UNDER DR PALAZZOLOS CARE. AND THE OTHER PROVIDERS FROM THIS CENTER. WHEN EVER I NEEDED ANY MEDICAL CARE I WAS CARE FOR AND TREATED WITH LOVE. I ALSO WORK FOR THE CENTER AS A RECEPTIONIST. I EVEN HAVE MANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS COME TO THE CENTER.WHO ARE VERY SATISFIED.

People that answer the phone is just rude. Try to do an appoitment as a nuw patien and they just let me on hold. called back and the lady got mad because I told her she let me at hold for about 30 minutes, and them just told me what do you need in a very nasty way. is not the place is cometimes the people they hire.

THE DOCTORS AND NURSES AT THE OFFICE HAVE THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNER AND PAY ATTENTION WHEN YOU SPEAK. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.
