This office is staffed by uneducated and apparently uncaring girls. I had prescriptions that were sent to the wrong pharmacy, prescriptions that were not sent at all(of course it was not their fault) and the wrong prescriptions that were sent I went for blood draw when they hadnt sent a request, and an appointment with pain management that was not approved. All due to the inability of the office staff to get their job done. There was NOT ONE time that I had contact with this office that there was not a problem. After 8 mos. I HAVE CHANGED to another PCP.

My parents & I have been seeing Dr. Maria Garcia at Lahens Medical Center for more than 10 years. Even though the practice has grown so much and has acquired many more doctors & staff, Dr. Garcia has always been great especially when caring for my moms during her Alzheimer journey until the very end. The nurses have always been kind & courteous and have been extremely helpful when we needed extra help with referrals & prescriptions. We are very grateful for Lahens Medical Center for being our family doctor/center.

I have been going here for 2 years now and to each their own with experiences. I have had no problems with my Dr. (Horta) and her staff. They have been kind,understanding,attentive with my needs . She goes out of her way to make sure if I cant find Drs who take my insurance for other health problems that need specialist she finds one for me. All my experiences they have gone beyond .

Dr.Garcia is not only very educated in her field of study but she is also a very caring primary care doctor. She always takes her time with me and is willing to address all of my concerns. The office is always clean and filled with friendly staff. I would highly recommend Dr.Garcia and all of the other medical doctors that wok in her office.

Horrible customer service, long Long time waiting even with appointment. And they just look at you and said its not my fault. But its funny because if you are late they will charge you for been late to the appointment.
