I am very livid with the office personal at Woodhill Family Medicine. Especially the office manager. I called in to get an appointment with my PCP, Dr. Yousefian. I could not get thru on a Monday, on Tuesday I finally reached someone ( after waiting 42 minutes ) and explained to that person I wanted an appointment with my PCP. No appointments were available. I tried to get an appointment on an available day, she wanted to know why I needed the appointment. I explained. She told me If I was in so much pain I should go to the hospital or urgent care, (after she supposedly) spoke with the nurse. Any advice for such actions is ALWAYS given by a nurse, not the office manager or personal then she hung up on me. I called back several times , put on hold and then disconnected. Finally, weeks later, I made an appointment , thinking it was with my PCP, it was with another doctor. While checking out I asked to speak to the office manager. I explained to her what happened. Then she called me a lair ! I had spoken to her! This so called office manager should work in a zoo ! cleaning up! This entire experience was a joke ! This office has had an " over haul" before, because of the disrespect to patients. But its more of changing seats and positions. I have spoken to the doctors about the office personals attitude, disrespect and rudeness. This is a medical facility and professionalism is a must. Do the doctors not care ???? Also the positive comments are shone and the negatives are put away, thinking future patients and present patients will NOT see them.

If you can avoid this practice!!! Nothing against the doctors, the problem here is the office staff. While very few are nice and courteous the majority are rude and inconsiderate. You have to be dying to get a referral prompt otherwise you could be in pain and waiting on a referral and they could care less. One month for a gastroenterologist referral, and I got it because I had to physically go to office. When I asked the referral lady about my appointment she asked for all my info, pretty sure she hadnt even started to work on it. If you call, make sure you have plenty of time to waste, youll need it for your hold time. And all they do is ask your name and DOB and say theyll make a note of it, they refuse to transfer you to nurse voicemail or referral dept. I was having stomach problems and Dr sent referral for ultrasound, I had to call about 3 times in one week to see why it was taking almost 2 weeks to schedule that for a patient whos in pain. Now its been over a week since Dr sent referral for gallbladder surgery, still in pain with 4 gallstones and I just called the office and was told the referral department is only one person and there are other patients referrals that are a bigger priority. This office does NOT consider patients needs and sense of urgency! They act as if theyre doing you a favor for taking your call, they forget the patients are the reason they have a job. Looking for a new Doctor in Columbia ASAP!

I saw all the bad reviews. Shame on me for not paying attention. The reason I didnt is because when you go to THEIR website they post their patient reviews which are all very positive (98% of patients are pleased with service etc...) That is so dirty and so fake, when it is proven otherwise from outside reviews. Anyway so I call to be a new patient, myself and my 5&2 y/o. I have to be put on hold because two office workers are bickering. He tells me he needs my SSN# fair enough, then asks for my sons. They say it is policy and that they CANNOT bill our insurance without it. Well we are very familiar with our insurance. It is tricare, and weve been using it for almost a decade. When DOD policy changes, the tricare policy follows suit, and my husband is very familiar with DOD policy. I called back to tell them Ive decided not to be a patient, please remove my information, I ask for the office manager to ensure it happens. The receptionist is rude, and before I can say anything she transfers me, to the equally as rude office manager. I was told "It is impossible to bill your insurance without SSN#" Well how would they explain the fact that both my children have been medically treated their entire life, and their SSN has never been given. Tricares policy numbers used to be the sponsers SSN but theyve changed that due to identity protection. PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILDREN, and dont bother with Rude "family" practice.

The only good thing I can say about this abomination of a medical practice is, the new doctors are pleasant and easy to work with. Their medical office is a joke; referrals take forever nowadays, 4 months and counting so far with no end in sight because theyve hired the most incompetent referral people possible. And youre constantly reminded that there are 20+ people ahead of you, some of whom have serious medical conditions, like theyre proud of making them all wait. The entire medical office is extremely incompetent and unpleasant to work with, not worth anyones time anymore. And while the new doctors are pleasant, the established doctors have god complexes and youre wasting their time when you see them. In fact, they will pawn you off on the new doctors any and every time they can. Their irritable and impatient natures shine through completely. There is no personal touch, they make you wait forever to see them, then they want you out of there. My family and I have gone to this practice for over 10 years, but they have severely deteriorated in the past few years. This is beyond unacceptable, and we are looking into other practices. If nothing else gets to them, perhaps losing patients and money will.

My Doctor P. Yousefian is a wonderful doctor. I followed him from his old Practice at Providence NE Family care... But I wish he would have stayed. Because Woodhill Family Medicine has issues! They are a bunch of down right rude individuls who have and I dont care attitude. They charge you for everything they can, and love to tack on 15 dollar late charges on everything... They absolute SUCK! I wish my sweet wonderful doctor would have never moved to this poor excuse for a heathcare facility. We deserve better as patients. I only gave them one star because you cant submit this without at lest one star checked.

My doctor, P. Yousefian, is amazing. If I could rate him alone, I would give it 5 stars. The staff at this location is TERRIBLE. Most importantly, their referral department. For instance, they had a month to refer me to someone to perform an ultrasound for a thyroid issue. My future appointment with Woodhill was only to deliver bad results. Well, they scheduled the ultrasound two days before that appointment and now I have to go to get the results. More money that I have to pay for an error of theirs. I HATE this staff. They dont care for their patients. They are just there to bring home a check and NOTHING else!

I agree with the last person. The Doctors are very helpful and efficient.....but when i walk into a Doctors Office i expect to see professional looking and acting workers. The guy who took blood in the lab was dressed like he just walked in off the street and the rest were somewhat dressed for the medical practice they are in but one was wearing a very dirty lab coat .Attitudes were about like the dress of the workers.....some good the rest not so good.Someone PLEASE CLEAN UP THE WORKERS in this doctors office ! I have been going to them for over 20 years but thats about to change.
