This was a GREAT doctor, UNTIL... Hum,ana dumped this doctor and ,in turn, the doctor stuck it to me good... Being a DIABETIC, Im have always checked my blood sugar five times each day, when I wake up, after breakfasr, before lunch, before dinner, and at bedtime.,.. WITHOUT WARNING, the doctor decided to REFUSE writting me a prescription for the testing strips INEED to monitor my blood sugar and adjust my diet accordingly... With that said, I STRONGLY suggest that you NOT use this problematic doctor... If you choose to use this doctor you are TAKING YOUR LIFE IN YOUR HANDS!!!

Servicio al cliente es terrible. El tiempo de espera es largo. Estoy esperando para lectura de resultados por mas de 2 horas en la oficina y mas de 1 hora desde mi cita. Y sigo esperando. La doctora profesionalmente atiende muy bien pero el servicio al cliente es terrible.

I took my mom there couple times, my mom got the care she needed and felt much better. Dr Gutierrez is such a warm and great welcoming doctor who knows his job. His customer service is one of the best, he takes his time and listen well to his patients. He really showed us that he cares about my mom well-being. I will recommend him to all my family members and friends.

The waiting time is way too long all the time. I once waited over 2 hours due to the fact that they schedule everyone at the same time. Dr. Marcussi read my lab work wrong twice. Very unprofessional. The clinic is small and uncomfortable. I Would not recommend to anyone. 0 stars. Parking sucks too

Takes average about an hour to be seen even with an appointment and the bathroom was filthy and had no paper. Been here about 3 times now but this will definitely be my last
