This was the lowest I could pick. Got my 7 month old husky spayed.brought her home and for 2 days we were wiping blood drops off her nipples that they shaved.brought the dog back today to show her that now my dog has little scabs on her nipples..healing from being shaved. The response I got was that they had to make area sterile as possible..understandabe. but I dont believe 4 nipples were justified in shaving causing bleeding on the tips. A 7 month old has peach fuzz on the nipples which I dont believe would be in the way of a straight up and down cut. I am appauled over such action and I will never ever go there again!!!! I am not a vet but I feel that they could of went around as close as they could to the nipple as to not cut them...thats cruel and I dont care how long you have been a vet .like I said, I will never go there again and nor will I referr anyone...and the vets response was my dogs nipples were double coated..she is only 7 months old, and I dont know what you were seeing but they r bigger than penc points and do pretude out of her skin...as far as my review of another office that I called for a spay quote, I gave her all the info and she couldnt tell me nothing, at least your office receptionist could give me that...not good customer service on their part and that is my right to leave that review.as far as you and your office go, sorry but you will not be referred to by me to anyone and to say its very hard to feel things on a 7 month old female..nipples..is ludicris..she only weighs 38 lbs so its not like she big and bulky and you can even see them,so how could you not feel when going to shave an area??? And like I said, they have peach fuzz if anything, dont feel that would have anything to do with making the area clean...that situation could have been avoided and your sorry dont cut it when I bring my dog home with 4 bleeding nipples..let me shave yours and see if they bleed...

We love Space Coast Veterinary Hospital. Weve been taking our animals to them for years and often boarded our dog with them. They treat their charges like family members (we were told by friends who also took their animals there that theyd find Valkyrie, our pit bull/boxer/Catahoula mix up at the front desk, visiting with the clerks where shed spend her days while we were gone. That doesnt mean that she wasnt happy to see us and eager to go home, but she was defniitely well treated while she was there). When she developed stomach cancer, the doctor cried right along with us when we had to put her down. Our cats havent had to stay there during vacations, but theyre well treated and lovingly handled when they come in for their annual checkups or if theyre having problems (one of them has numerous food allergies and the other needs occasional grooming due to the standard fur mat issues long haired cats have). We highly recommend Space Coast Vet Hospital.

Although the staff and doctor are very sweet and kind they lack any sense of time management and have left me waiting over 35 minutes for the last time. If you dont mind being the only person and dog in the waiting room and wasting your afternoon this is the place for you. If you have a busy life, like we all do, this office will make you feel love but not take care of the business at hand.

Took great care of our dog, we used clinics at first because they were cheap but got tired of not getting answers or getting different answers(guesses) from people at the clinics then found that checkups are about the same here and got all of our questions answered
